I had never been in here before..AWESOME!!! Truly AWESOME!!! It is open and airy in an older building. The floors are nice hardwoods (original I am assuming from the age of the building) with artwork hanging everywhere on all wall and flat surfaces..There are some really nice "extremely old and delicate books" and they were very cheap...also some nice books organized throughout the shelves.. There are records both 45s and albums...really just a great collection of used/new hard to find and considered rare items..I will definitely visit here again. They have an extensive used book collection, as well as video games from just about any system you can think of. If you are a collector of physical media, McKay's is the place for you!

They didn't have a whole lot of used vinyls but I was able to snag a few to add to my collection. They are reasonably priced as well. Upstairs was the used vinyl while downstairs were the newer vinyls. They also had cute stickers music related shirts. Such a little gem to find in Blue Ridge.
