My friend and I are two young women and it would be easy for tour agents to push for as many sales as possible, and it is something we have experienced in the past. However, we cannot recommend this family-owned business enough! They have such a vast knowledge of the Algarve and can recommend the best tours and trips to cater to your needs. Pam and Pedro even arranged a personal shuttle to take us to Praia de Marinha because it is very hard to reach by public transport and they wanted to make sure our trip could be the best possible. There is nothing they won't do to help clients and they are both so genuinely kind and friendly. Their English is flawless and we have hard tnem speak other languages as well, and their historical and cultural knowledge is so useful for tourists. We both wholeheartedly recommend this lovely business to any tourists or locals, regardless of party size or age - Pam and Pedro will go above what is expected to make your stay in the Algarve wonderful! They are funny and honest and will never try and push for a sale that isn't right for the client or that they do not recommend. They have so much experience in this sector and are absolute experts in giving the best to everyone! Thank you so much, we feel very lucky to have been your clients. From Alice and Sophie.

What a fantastic service to the airport and by far the cheapest option for me as a solo traveller…read more I booked via Shuttle Direct for Greenbus as leaving a day earlier before my friends so travelling solo. Most companies charge €30-€50, but this only cost me €9. However to my horror Exposé Viagens travel agency in Olhos d'Aqua advised me that Greenbus had gone bankrupt when I asked if they could help me call to book my transfer. This was a very underhand trick to make me book and pay €30 through them, please avoid them like the plague. Fortunately I emailed Shuttle Direct and Greenbus, who were absolutely fantastic and supported my every need.

The friendly host and hostess welcome you at the door with a smile. The car we rented got upgraded with no extra charge (so much win!) and what a nice car it was. When we asked for some tips for what to do they didnt hesitate to take time and give us some great options to visit the real Algarve. For example we went on a day trip to a beach for a BBQ which was lovely and visited a quiet beach they recommended. They also have other great options for day trips, tickets etc. The friendly dedicated staff makes this place worth visiting for a trustworthy car, booking daytrips and tickets and most of all the personal approach they use when giving information. They definately had a tropical impact on our holiday!

Then at some point during the trip, the driver informed us that we needed to stop because another driver was taking us to Lisbon. That he already been driving for too many hours and was not getting paid to do the rest of the trip. We were delayed more than 3 hours and I lost my ride for my next trip and missed a birthday party which was the motive of my trip. I went to complain at the Eva headquarters in Sete Rios and ask for a refund and they said that I needed to send an email to the legal department of the company. I started sending emails in August 2018, requesting the refund and only received a response in mid September from a lady called Irene Mota. Offering me free tickets to use whenever I wanted. That all I had to do was show her email and contact the sales department. I emailed back explaining that I live in NYC and can't use the tickets. I'm not going back to Portugal anytime soon. I just want the refund. Today is November 7th and I never heard back from them. I just sent another email with a copy of their policy regarding the rights of the passengers for a full refund and hope to get a response before the end of the year. This company has terrible customer service and the time they take to respond a customer, is unacceptable for a business.

Some of the areas it drove through just seemed like odd choices, think a lot of graffiti coated concrete walls, and not the talented type of art. I was actually surprised at how run down some parts of Faro was. It's something to do for a handful of euros. I was placed in a car with 10 french people as the only non-French person and they were adamant about speaking French to me even though I made it clear I know about ten words of the language. You get an information sheet of all the stops you pass by, written in multiple languages and there is a recording reading out the same thing, no live guide. Faro doesn't have that many memorable highlights, but this tour gives you an overview, so could be a good idea to start with this when you first arrive.
