I appreciate that she doesn't judge us for any decisions we make and lets us do what we feel is right for our child but always keeps us up to date on standards and things like when vaccines should be administered. There was a bit of wait as they said they were short staffed, which we didn't mind at all. Dr.Nutting was rude and yelled at my husband at the start of visit for expressing his concern about our child's cough during a wellness visit. We were caught off guard by the rudeness! The nurse later said it's because he'd seen a rude patient before us but that doesn't justify this type of behavior. We have seen so many doctors in the past and never experienced such poor bedside manners. The visit and exam itself was fine but still in shock over his reaction. Definitely NOT coming back, never recommending anyone to come here.

No imaging... it was like a 5 minute office visit literally in and out. They're in-network and charged my insurance over $600 for it, yikes. We paid our copay in office. Then we got a bill for $200 in the mail? With absolutely zero explanation of what the charge was for. How much are they trying to make off this? We usually use MDSTAT in EDH and they've never sent us an extra bill. Anyway, I figured it was a mistake and waited for them to clear it up with insurance. They sent it straight to collections like 2 months later. When I tried to call their billing office, no answer, I left a voice mail and they never got back to me. I just paid it to get it over with but 100% will never go back here. I've never had a medical or dental office send a bill to collections, ever, let alone so fast without trying to clear it up with me first. And truly can't believe they charged that much for such a simple procedure. I still don't know what the $200 charge was for considering they're in network and we paid our copay. Oh well, we'll stick with MDSTAT.

He has a superb reputation in our community and is in high demand, yet we never feel rushed during our visits. He feels like part of the family. One of my boys has chronic problems due to a birth defect and Dr. O'Malley always makes great judgement calls on specialty referrals and diagnostic testing. When our insurance changed we elected to pay for a more expensive plan so we could continue with Dr. O'Malley. In our book he is truly the best! Another reviewer gave Dr. O'Malley one star for a bad experience with a receptionist and they had never even been a patient -- very unfair! I messaged her through the portal to change the medication from cream to ointment but got no response. I asked if another doctor there would make the minor change to the prescription and was declined. I was completely on my own. Since the diagnosis she handed me was gynecological, I procured my own referral to a gynecologist who thankfully tested and ruled out Dr Duncan's diagnosis. I'm still in disbelief that she saddled me with such an awful diagnosis then turned her back on me. I took it as cowardice. She came up with something she couldn't handle and instead of suggesting a specialist, she dropped me without explanation. I felt betrayed.
