Showed employee, my battery screen indicated "no vaporizer." He says, " must be a loose wire or something." That's a ridiculous conclusion, but I bought a new battery. I only found out later that the vaporizer is in the cartridge, not the battery. The employee either did not have that knowledge, or he was just motivated to sell me a new battery. So I come back within the same hour and they have no record of my purchase... I was in need of a disposable vape device that California has recently made illegal because parents suck at being parents these days. I disliked smoking in my vehicle because of what it does to the interior smell. The gentleman that was working informed me that they are no longer able to receive them from juul but showed me a device that was just as effective that had a special promotional price called Sol. I have to say I love the product and the recommendation was spot on. Now let's talk about the customer service. I was welcomed with a smile and someone willing to not just tell me they didn't have what I wanted and send me on my way, but someone willing and eager to help their customer. I asked him the size comparison between the two and he immediately without hesitation opened up the packaging to show me. Kratom! HUGE SELECTION WITH VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES!!! Kratom is making its way into mainstream, and more and more people are starting to learn about its benefits for pain, anxiety, depression, addiction, adhd, etc. I am an avid Kratom advocate as it has helped me deal with and beat an overwhelming opioid and benzo addiction. I have tried multiple vendors (online and local), and this is the only place I have been to that carries reputable brands with a HUGE selection. To me, this is what sets this place apart from just being "another smoke shop" in town. The owner is an incredibly person and more than willing to help you out. On top of all that, they have anything you could imagine as far as vaping and smoking goes, but I will never buy Kratom anywhere else as long as these guys stay in business. read more

They have what you need! This place has good selection of cigars with a good range of prices. They have snacks and other items but I drop by for the cigars. They don't have a walk in humidor, but they pack a lot in the space. I like that they have a few lower end hand rolled cigars for that buddy who never brings cigars. I don't personally vape or even smoke for that matter, but the hubby enjoys his cigars & always wants to stop by for his juicy Lucy's (I think that's what they're called). I wandered in during the opening week and was impressed. They've got the best stuff (including a glass case of cigars), but it's the customer service that made my experience so great. Who knew, you could have such an AMAZING experience at a vape and cigar spot. I wanted to help my girlfriend quit smoking, and the guy was the most patient and helpful guy I have ever met. He sat through every single one of my questions, let me try lots of flavors, and never pressured me to buy anything. I ended up with this pink vaporizer and a couple flavors. I have no idea about pricing because this is my first time buying, but I can assure you, this is the only place I will ever go to for any e-cig or vaporizing needs. I was in the area and stopped by to get a cigar for my dad. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the really friendly and knowledgeable staff! They helped me pick out the perfect cigar and we even spent some time chatting about travels through Central America. I also love that they sell Reading is Sexy shirts and support literacy charities!
