One of the most over priced smoke shops I been to in my life extremely over priced for 7-oh Would not recommend, but it's the only place in Folsom that sells 7oh still but at a ridiculous price. I would recommend going anywhere else but here. Absolutely ripping people off. read more

With a very wide range of brands, nicotine % and flavor you can easily find anything to your liking. I've been to this location multiple times because it's the closest vape shop to me but I will not be returning. Every single time I've gone in there, it's been obvious that the staff is stoned. The most recent time I went in, there was a palpable smell of weed. The staff are lethargic, unknowledgeable, barely respond to me, can't even find a product I'm pointing at half the time. The general vibe is that your business is an inconvenience to them. In addition, I recently went and picked up some juice, but the employee gave me a bottle that had already been opened. I asked for a sealed product but he said all he had was open bottles but he gave me a $5 discount for it. Assuming he'd just opened it to let a customer smell it, I let it go. As soon as I got home, I put the juice in my vape and could immediately tell it was not the same product. I only vape products from this company, so I know for sure it's not the same (not to mention that it tastes horrible). I'm convinced that I got sold a bottle of juice with some other company's juice in it (probably a good way to get rid of juice that isn't selling well). Even if I hadn't, the unprofessional behavior of the staff would be enough for a 1-star. read more

Super clean shop, I'm used to the Bee on Madison and this shop was just CLEANN. The guys working there were friendly and helpful. They obviously have a lot to offer as the place is huge inside. The pricing was a little steep for my bottle of juice at $60, but tax had a huge part in that, IDK if that's just Folsom vs Fair Oaks, but it was like $10 which sucked. I do appreciate them being there and being close by so I could get my favorite juice. read more

Called and talked to the owner about buying a Mighty Vape unit. He tells me it's "$350-400". When I ask which b/c I'm comparing prices he says "it doesn't matter we will match the price on the internet". So I called back a day later after finding the EXACT SAME unit for $275 in multiple places. I call back and the manager says they'll only go to $350. They do NOT prove match. It's a gimmick to get you in the store. Will never give these people my money, they don't deserve it and the owner obviously couldn't care less. read more

Sometimes a bit pricier but they have better business hours and a larger variety than similar stores in the area. They also have a rewards program thing so you might be able to save some money in the long run if you're a regular customer. The customer service has always been good in my experience (they answer questions honestly, make good recommendations, transactions are quick, etc), I've been in a couple times and never had issues except one time where the product I purchased was defective but they replaced it instantly with no issues or hassle. read more
