I submitted all the documentation the same day it was sold and he said it will be uninsured this week. I call him a week later, he says "oh I forgot, I will do it tonight." It got to the point where I kept trying to get in contact with him and just couldn't. My dad bought a new car and we were not able to insure the car, nor renew the policy of our other cars. He said it is because we did not provide a drivers license of my brother, which he never even asked me for, since I am the policy holder. My brother has not lived in this country for over 20 years. Gary said, "Oh I emailed your brother, he never replied, so I couldn't proceed." Just pure ludicrous, he couldn't even let me know before doing something like this. Now I have 3 cars without coverage, after 8 months of headaches, all because of his unprofessionalism. By the way, if you ever get him as an agent just know that he only works a few hours a day and is very hard to reach.
