    Kevin and his team were professional the entire way from start to finish. I brought my car in for a full paint correction and front-end PPF, and the results were flawless. Communication throughout was clear and timely, and the pricing was very reasonable. What stood out most was Kevin's strong work ethic and attention to detail, he genuinely cares about making sure the customer is happy. I'll definitely be coming back to Kevin for all future projects.

    Amazing service from Kevin! Him and his team worked extremely quick and attentively to fix damage to my doors from a side swipe on the freeway. I'd highly recommend getting service from here and plan to be back and tell my friends and family.

    I had to wait a certain amount of time before writing this. 1, so I wasn't writing an emotional…read morereview and 2, to make sure that the service I received elsewhere was superior. I want to be fully transparent, the entire reason for me to take the time to write this review is with the goal that at least two people read this and go elsewhere for their auto glass needs. I will feel like I did something for the community and I will feel like I got my money back. I had a windshield replaced 2/13. Service was OK, although my appointment was scheduled for 2/12 and when I got there on the 12th, they realized they ordered the wrong glass for my car and I had to come back for service the 13th. That happens, no problems. On 2/27, I was sitting at a stop sign when I noticed a straight line, about one inch, on the edge of the glass, in the black. I couldn't tell what it was. I tried wiping it off from the inside of my car and I tried to clean it off with the wipers. Within 15 minutes, that one inch turned into 4, into 6. Still, confused by what it was. I stopped and saw from the outside that the windshield was cracked! I called right away and let them know. They told me a manger would call me on Monday. I work nights and was nearby the shop on Monday morning, I called and asked if I could bring it in now. They agreed. I brought it in and did not get the guy's name but he introduced himself as a "foreman". He looked at the crack and told me that it was caused by something hitting it. I did not believe that at all. The next few minutes shocked me and the second I knew, for sure, that this was not a reputable shop is when I asked him for a second opinion, and suggested it was a stress fracture from the installation two weeks ago. He told me, again, he was a foreman and that there was no one else who could give a second opinion. I told him OK, but that I absolutely could not get it replaced there again. He understood and let me leave. Then, I started doing actual research! If you are reading this and need auto glass, do NOT go here. Drive 43 minutes down the hill to Tigris auto glass (916) 476-3052. It will be a lot cheaper (from $470 to $250) in my case and I've had it now 7 weeks with no fracture. I understand things happen and I understand bad luck. Maybe my experience was both of those but the two things that I can't quite get over are 1) not honoring a customers request for a second opinion--that is free and ANY reputable or even reasonable person would gladly set up a second opinion and 2) I haven't mentioned this yet....but the installation, I was about to leave and the receptionist said, "oh and they told you no car washes and keep the tape on right?" No, I had zero instructions and was planning to go straight to the car wash! I didn't because she told me at the last second. At Tigris, I had a hand out with special care and instructions for the first two weeks. Knowing what I know now, absolute should have never installed my windshield when they did---as a major storm and temperature changes were brewing and those conditions alone make the glass setting and installation more vulnerable. The first time they no-showed, I called when I was waiting outside their location and they said the technician had an emergency. Then they texted back and said it was because I didn't confirm the appt (which a courtesy message notifying me the appt was cancelled would've been appreciated if that was the case), but later texted saying to disregard that and they would do mobile services for the inconvenience. Scheduled them for mobile services for the next day and waited at home for several hours, but then technician had a medical emergency, so they asked me to come back to their main location the next morning. Next morning, no one was available to work on it. In sum, obviously unforeseen medical emergencies are unfortunate, but at that point, just stop scheduling appointments until everyone gets their health stuff figured out? It's an insanely rude waste of time.

    Paid over $500 for ceramic coating and interior service and unfortunately left disappointed with…read moreboth the quality of the work and the way the concerns were handled afterward. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:45 AM and was called for pickup before noon. As I walked up to my vehicle at the shop, I immediately noticed visible bugs and contamination still left on the exterior after the ceramic coating service, water spots on surfaces, and multiple interior areas that were still dirty or missed entirely. I took photos immediately after pickup to document everything clearly. When I contacted the shop privately first and sent the photos, I was later told the $150 "interior detail" only included a wipe-down, vacuum, and mat wash. In my opinion, that is more of a basic cleaning service than what most customers would reasonably expect from an interior detailing package at that price point. Even for a simple wipe-down and vacuum service, there was still visible dust and debris left in areas like the trunk mat. I've had professional detailing and ceramic coating work done before, so I understand what proper prep work and finish quality should generally look like. This experience did not meet those expectations. What disappointed me most was the response afterward. Instead of professionally addressing the concerns shown in the photos, Bryan T. (Business Owner) called me "A PROBLEM" for speaking up about the quality of the work. If the work had been done properly from the beginning, there would not have been a problem to discuss in the first place. I never demanded a full refund or anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the concerns acknowledged and handled professionally. The shop later refunded $100 for the interior concerns, but the conversation eventually became personal and unprofessional, including remarks attacking my disability status that had absolutely nothing to do with the service itself.
