Life is a struggle when commuting from "da Hood" to Folsom along the most dangerous highways in Northern California (Hwy 50), especially with the never-ending construction. It feels like ninjas are throwing debris at you, aiming to ding up your vehicle and crack your windshield. It's almost inevitable to catch a rock on your car. Meanwhile, all the cool people are getting their cars outfitted with paint protection film (PPF). After hours of research and countless phone calls, one name stands out: Kevin from Folsom Wrap & Detail. The consultation process was extraordinary. Kevin is knowledgeable and was able to clearly illustrate what I envisioned. Though I initially wanted a basic paint protection film (PPF) front-end wrap for the work truck, which would cover the hood, fenders, and grill, I realized that to truly prolong the appearance of the vehicle's paint, a full vehicle wrap was necessary. Additionally, to protect the windshield from cracks, a Wind Shield Skin was added to complete the wrap. Wow! What a magnificent job. My work truck looks finer than it did on the day of delivery. I can drive in a state of tranquility through this concrete jungle, free from the malevolence of the Hwy 50 construction ninjas. Thank you, Folsom Wrap & Detail.

Kevin and his team were professional the entire way from start to finish. I brought my car in for a full paint correction and front-end PPF, and the results were flawless. Communication throughout was clear and timely, and the pricing was very reasonable. What stood out most was Kevin's strong work ethic and attention to detail, he genuinely cares about making sure the customer is happy. I'll definitely be coming back to Kevin for all future projects.

Amazing service from Kevin! Him and his team worked extremely quick and attentively to fix damage to my doors from a side swipe on the freeway. I'd highly recommend getting service from here and plan to be back and tell my friends and family.

They mentioned being at least 10 minutes early to get you checked in so they can start working on your car right on time. I actually arrived at 9:45 and it took all of about 2 minutes to check in and they pulled the car in immediately. I was told it would take 90 minutes to two hours to replace the windshield and recalibrate the camera. Their waiting room is nice and cool inside, with a coffee machine, a TV (on ESPN), and a clean restroom. Exactly 2 hours later and my car was finished. Since I had provided my credit card info when I booked the appointment, the billing was already handled. Although the cost of the replacement windshield was (barely) less than my insurance deductible, this is where my insurance company recommended I take it. Seemed like a decent value. On a side note, since I was sitting in the office where they greet customers checking in, I was shocked how many people show up AFTER their scheduled appointment time. They still take the cars in, but obviously, they'll have to wait for scheduled cars to be finished first.

I received other quotes but they were either competitive and "dry" in personality/care to schedule or simply outlandish in cost. I decided to go to Bryan and was sent the invoice for deposit. We set an appointment and met at his shop in Rocklin. Patrick, his installer, was equally as professional and passionate about the work they did. The clear PPF on the front bumper was done well that I decided to go back the following week to complete the front end. The rear that I did not get PPF, was ceramic coated and the car looks fabulous! I'm extremely satisfied with all our interactions, the cost, warranty and care that was put forth. I will definitely use this business again for additional PPF needs, tinting, etc. This is a veteran owned business and I'd highly recommend the craftsmanship!

I dropped the vehicle off at 8:45 AM and was called for pickup before noon. As I walked up to my vehicle at the shop, I immediately noticed visible bugs and contamination still left on the exterior after the ceramic coating service, water spots on surfaces, and multiple interior areas that were still dirty or missed entirely. I took photos immediately after pickup to document everything clearly. When I contacted the shop privately first and sent the photos, I was later told the $150 "interior detail" only included a wipe-down, vacuum, and mat wash. In my opinion, that is more of a basic cleaning service than what most customers would reasonably expect from an interior detailing package at that price point. Even for a simple wipe-down and vacuum service, there was still visible dust and debris left in areas like the trunk mat. I've had professional detailing and ceramic coating work done before, so I understand what proper prep work and finish quality should generally look like. This experience did not meet those expectations. What disappointed me most was the response afterward. Instead of professionally addressing the concerns shown in the photos, Bryan T. (Business Owner) called me "A PROBLEM" for speaking up about the quality of the work. If the work had been done properly from the beginning, there would not have been a problem to discuss in the first place. I never demanded a full refund or anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the concerns acknowledged and handled professionally. The shop later refunded $100 for the interior concerns, but the conversation eventually became personal and unprofessional, including remarks attacking my disability status that had absolutely nothing to do with the service itself.
