Brought tires with road warranty about 2 1/2 years ago. Less than 20,000 miles on them They kept losing air. Went back three different times. The last time I know it was cold but I only had 22 pounds of pressure in my front tire. I asked if they could put air in the front tire. I was told I needed to wait for 4/5 cars to get serviced or make an appt on Friday. Because I'm unable to get out of the car without the assistance of two canes so I was unable to get air. I was told not to come back for service even though I have a road warranty guarantee that I paid extra for. I was appalled. I guarantee you I was not rude obviously he was having a bad day but whatever they lost my business.

I was told they had an opening in about 20 minutes so I hustled over. They confirmed that it wasn't repairable and pointed out that my tires were cracking and probably should be replaced.
