My baby girl was only 2 months old when she started here and everyone treated her so kindly. Even the kiddos would look over and say hi to her. I believe she was able to reach her milestones faster because of all the extra attention the attentive staff provided to her. Although no one can take care of your child the way you do, all of the staff here at this KinderCare has truly gone above and beyond in my opinion. I love that my daughter is noticeably learning everyday skills and the communication between the director (Miss Jennifer) and is parents. And i absolutely love how the staff interacts with my daughter. It is a bit pricey BUT you can't put a price on the comfort of knowing your child is well taken care of. My daughter came here for her first day care ever and I could not be happier! She is happy and excited to go everyday! I'm constantly informed on rashes or any health issues. She is loved and very cared for. Everyday I get art or activities she has done even at 1 year old. And the app lets me know how she is doing too! My daughter started here when she was 1, she's now going on 4 and I can honestly say that her and I love this daycare. I've seen so much progress in my baby all due to her lovely teachers and of course the director of the center herself. If I could give 0 Stars, I would...I had a horrible experience with Kindercare this time around. My 1yr old will never go back. Week #1: On a Thurs, he got a rash at 11am. (According to his paper) Didn't find out til I picked him up at 445pm. I didn't sign a form that I had no idea existed for desitin. Instead of calling me they let my baby suffer. The rash lasted from Thurs-Sun. Week #2: We kept him home to recover from rash and bronchitis. Week #3: On Tuesday, Day after Memorial Day: My baby is allergic to tomatoes and I said that and put it on the forms when I signed him up. They told me it would be posted in the class. They assumed raw tomato not marinara sauce AFTER giving it to him at 1145am for lunch and only called me at 4pm after he broke out in hives. When i got there, I asked if a kid was allergic to peanuts would they give them peanut butter? They are lucky he doesn't have the reaction that makes his throat close. When i asked about the posting, they said they were in the middle of updating the files. WTF?! How is it not posted?! And he got roseola the same day. This was in a span of 3wks and I pulled him. This was the daycare I chose because it was 5mins away from my work and seemed to have decent reviews. read more

This daycare is the best in the area. I have 3 children 13,9 and 5 and I have been bringing them to this location for 12 years. I haven't lived in the area in about 10years and I travel from Grand Terrace just to bring my kids here. This is the ONLY daycare I trust to take care of my kids while I'm working. The staff is so friendly, caring and nice. They truely treat your kids as if they were their own. Honestly, kinder care is the place to be. We have never encountered any bad or awful experience since we started using kindercare. Our kids love the place either. They have good and experienced care giver and a seasoned administrator. Even as that this Covid-19 pandemic period, they are still open and have not experienced any case so far. HORRIBLE. This center is run by adolescent adults with no real business skills. It is way overpriced as well. I had issues that required contacting the corporate office and they basically shrugged me off, stating that individual facility complaints are not corporate problems. Very unprofessional. Security - The keypad for entrance was useless when all it took was a firm yank on the door to gain access. The door also barely closed properly, which was concerning considering the infants were the first to be encountered. Staff - The director is a young woman who will gladly pass judgemental looks and comments about your parenting, yet has no children. The previous director was the same, oddly. As for personnel presence, the evenings are difficult to find someone at the front desk, which brings up security again. The staff are also not efficient at communication if child behavior issues occur. As for the rest of the assistants, they are friendly enough with a few excellent people. Facility - Moderate facility but cramped, which is normal I guess. The mixture of ages in classes leads to nap time in half the room with screaming playing in the other half, with no dividers. So you can walk in and almost step on a sleeping child. Overall, I am glad to never see this place again. read more

This place is HORRIBLE and FILTHY. I have three children who have been enrolled at this center for a year and a half . I have one child in each age group so i can give a review for all levels. First (infant/toddler class) YOUR BABY WILL GET SICK VERY FREQUENTLY. Hands Foot and Mouth disease happens a lot here. This place does not get cleaned properly, every toy DOES NOT GET SANITIZED DAILY. Yes they spray down tables and mop but thats about it. Babies put everything in their mouths so everything visible in the room should be cleaned. They lose EVERYTHING, outfits, pacifiers, bibs, diapers, anything you bring will get lost at some point. My baby has come home with other babies clothes in his diaper bag because they are careless and do not check for what bag belongs to which baby. They will use your diapers on another baby and vice versa. They let parents walk into the infant room with dirty outside shoes on while babies are crawling around . I witnessed all of this daily . (Twos/Threes) MY 2 year old had an accident and they sent home POOP wrapped up in her pants, instead of just flushing the poop first. There are way too many toddlers for 1 teacher and they all are not being properly watched . Ive seen 2 toddlers fighting and one busted anothers lip and the teacher wasnt even watching because theres like 30 toddlers and ONE teacher. They lose everything in this class as well. The staff is terrible, no one lasts longer than a few months. There will be new hires around your child every couple of months, which is a red flag. Why are the employees leaving to other daycare centers ? Even the center directors are temporary. (School Age kids) you will have a lot less problems with this age group because the kids are more independent . They can keep up with their own belongings, and can actually communicate to their parents . so a lot less negligence happens with this age group . The only reason my kids were stuck here for so long was because other daycares did not transport to my sons school. Otherwise they would have been gone a long time ago. Ms Aida was so warm and kind the entire time my daughter attended. I loved the quality of the food here. It was so different than other daycares. My favorite teacher was Ms. Bernice. She is such a loving woman and she was very generous and caring. She went above and beyond and I'll always be grateful that she was my daughter's teacher. read more

I have been taking my kids here for the past 8 years. I trust them with my kids. It was hard when I left my baby for the first time but I always knew each of my kids were in great hands. Worst daycare center. I called yesterday to get pricing they stated it can't be given over the phone! (Pricing is $149 5days a week) So I scheduled an appointment and I was lost one of the director didn't even have patience to walk me through how to get there. I show up and u have to fill out a form then she asked what I was looking for I stated before and after school then she stated they have no room! So why did she tell me to take a tour? From the beginning, the ladies at Kindercare were very helpful! Answering my boat loads of questions and making sure that everything was explained. My child has nothing but good things to say about attending kindercare and loves going everyday. The staff is amazing and always interactive with parents when it comes to the students. Amazing school! I have experienced several child care centers and I love that this is a learning center. The children are enriched and engaged and the staff is very welcoming. Teachers accommodate the needs of the families and are very flexible. Office staff also offers payment plans to help ease the expenses and make it easier on the parents. I would like to let others know about my negative experience with Kinder Care in an attempt to help you not make the same mistake. First my granddaughter attended this kinder care for about a total of 2 months. My granddaughter contacted hand, foot mouth disease which resulted in her skin becoming ultra sensitive. Because of that even though she used to be able to use regular huggies she became allergic to them and can only use organic diapers which costs a lot more. Also, Kinder care charges you a 100.00 yearly enrollment fee. This fee is completely non refundable. Even if you are receiving assistance to attend the day care center they still charge you this very high fee. We pulled our granddaughter out of the daycare center because we were not satisfied with their care. We had not paid the 100.00 yet. The baby only attended the center for 6 days after the fee was due. This center has actually send us to collections because we did not pay the 100.00. This is ridiculous. I can see if we had attended half the year but really 6 days? Finally their customer service is not satisfactory. Before being sent to collections we attempted multiple times through phone calls and emails to resolve the issues with them and they were not helpful. I just want to warn you to please read all the small print on their registration papers before you send your child there. I didn't realize that this is a money hungry corporation that cares little about their clients and only cares about the fees. read more
