I checked into a hotel to get some rest for the. I gut since it was now midnight. I called this tow service at 6am. He arrived promptly in 30 minutes as he stated he would over the phone. He is a AAA provider and never received a service call last night which I will formally take up with AAA. He was able to get my stripped lug nut off and my tire changed so I could drive to Toyota. His prices are extremely reasonable. As a woman, I appreciate him not trying to financially take advantage. He is friendly, fast, and helpful which is welcomed during the stress of an unexpected mishap while traveling. Hopefully, I won't need this service again, but if you do, CALL HIM! This is your guy! After waiting 4 hours for an Agero-dispatched tow truck that never came, Purcell's Towing happened to pull in the parking lot and was willing to give us a tow to a local mechanic at a very reasonable price. They then dropped us off at a nearby hotel. I really can't say enough good things about these people and this company.
