When I walked inside, I asked if someone could look at my tire. The gentleman (Terrance) responded, "Yes, ma'am." He patched the tire while I waited and even answered all the questions I asked about what he was doing (patching, balancing). For $25 my tire was fixed, and I learned something about mechanics. I searched the internet and found Craig's shop (Auto-Mobile Service and Repair) with existing good reviews and a BBB rating of A+ ! Very often a business in a small town, especially on a Saturday, close at 12pm. By 9:00am Craig had looked at the car - made a quick assessment, started calling around for the part; by 10:30am I knew how much it would cost, and how long it would take to fix.
