Very often a business in a small town, especially on a Saturday, close at 12pm. By 9:00am Craig had looked at the car - made a quick assessment, started calling around for the part; by 10:30am I knew how much it would cost, and how long it would take to fix. Maybe he could have taken advantage of my situation, but he certainly didn't! (a woman, an out of 'town-er', and someone needing to get back on the road) - The repair price was more than reasonable and everything was done perfectly.
