This was a must need for our zero waste wedding but little did we know how great everything else would be. When planning, Kristin offered custom dishes which we immediately jumped on. Unfortunately, if I was sitting down and wanting to enjoy the flavors more and appreciate each ingredient, then this wouldn't be my pick. Despite using healthier ingredients, still a heavy plate with flavors that could use some maturing. For 13-15$ a bowl, this wasn't quite worth the money. However, I do appreciate their efforts of trying to be effortlessly healthy by promoting health. But I think their starch heavy, avocado, salty lean meats need a bit more zing to their taste.
