My mom and I took a spontaneous walk along Katipunan Extension one night and ended up satisfying our burger-craving tummies here for a change (next time, Wham!). The place looks small from the outside, and it really is on the inside, but their burgers are the exact opposite in both size and flavor. It's amazing how there's only five of them on the menu, most named after the phonetic alphabet: Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, and Wagyu (that's not the one for W, but you know what, it might as well be). I chose the big mozzarella-stuffed bacon-topped Charlie: a juicy all-beef patty oozing with melted cheesy goodness. Their jalapeño sticks (dinamita in local street-food speak) were also great: rich cheddar cheese and a kick of spice from green chili in mini deep-fried lumpia wrappers with a cool garlic dip on the side. You bet this mother-daughter duo finished everything in a delicious flash. Happy food campers right here! read more
