( still have not reopened ) Just a 25 minute drive from our lease, we made the trip and was pleasantly surprised how clean this place was! That's really important when using a processor. The drop off staff was very cool and accommodating. The owner was pleasant to deal with and very helpful in making decisions on what to order as well as professional. I went out on a limb and ordered some items I had never seen on the menu at any other processors. ( such as their Italian sausage ). All that aside, I am posting this review because people need to know that this place makes THE very best jalapeño cheese German sausage! It is hands down the best I have ever eaten!
