He spoke so delightfully about the crab legs and the lobster tails were on sale . I as only there to pick up broth for a soup I was making. I wanted crab legs and lobster tails after hearing Sean talk so favorably about them. I was a bit intimidated because I had only bought both a few times and wasn't quite sure how to prepare them. He must've noticed my reluctance because he softly guided through my purchase and suggested a few selections and provided me with the knowledge on how to prepare them and he selected a great wine to accompany my selection. There was a beautiful woman who was also ordering crab legs. I was stunned by her beauty. I gave him my card and asked that the next time he saw her to give her my number . He said " you've got 3 minutes to your crab legs are ready . " I walked up front and found her checking out. I told her how beautiful I thought she was and gave her my card. I hope she calls but Sean gave me the best customer service I've experienced in quite some time. Only posting to prevent my mistake from happening to you. Ordered a specialty cake one week ahead…read moreof time. The next day, I realized I made a mistake in the wording on the cake so I called and spoke to a bakery associate. She took down the new information stating she would make the changes and take care of it. At pick up, the cake was already boxed. Being Publix, I didn't feel the need to look at it. I was sure it was perfect. Well, the employee encouraged me to at least open the top to make sure it's the right cake. So glad I did! That's when I realized a key component of the cake was missing. Thankfully, there was someone in the bakery who could fix the issue. However, that evening when I completely unboxed the cake for the party, I realized the other issues. 1. The error I made and called in to correct, wasn't. 2. The bottom part of the cake was not all as it was supposed to be. The cake I ordered was multi colored with different piping and details. Mine was just all the same frosting and color. 3. The cake itself had flaws throughout the 2 tiers and 4. The board the cake was sitting on was smeared with chocolate frosting that looked like someone tried to wipe off but then gave up. The cake I ordered was $89.99. I gladly paid that price because of the cute details which made the cake. All of which were left off or poorly executed. I did return to Publix the next day with pictures. The Bakery Manager quickly acknowledged the poor execution of what I ordered and offered a full refund. I didn't feel right about a full refund because we still ate and enjoyed the cake. We agreed to half. So moral of the story....PLEASE take the cake completely out of the box before leaving the bakery. No matter how big of a pain it seems to be. And, I would probably pick up a day sooner than needed to have time to fix any issues.

The jerk chicken was also very good. I had a steak sandwhcih that was awesome! The bread it was on was very flavorful and soft, and the steak was shaved ribeye. It was overall a great steak sandwhich. The fries... the fries were AWESOME! I could go back there for just the fires. The employees were very nice and helpful. They also allow for anyone of modifications to your meal as long as they have the ingredients. There is also a little grocery shop there. They carry a lot of Trader Joe's brand items. My Walmart Experience started on 04/09/2026 when I ordered 4 items on Walmart.com. 2 Scrub tops…read moreand 2 pair pants. I received a message that my order was ready the next day for pickup at 9:36 am. I came to retreive my order at 4:20 pm but when I called the pickup number I was told that my had been cancelled! I was told to come inside and go to the pickup since it was recent that the order was cancelled and I asked why and was told it was flagged because I used a Walmart Gift Card?! I was told to come inside and go to the pickup to see if I could still get my order because I needed these items for work and did not have the time to reorder and wait again. I came into the store and spoke with Brandon and he asked for the order number and said that he would try to help me. I waited for some time and then he returned and told me that the order was cancelled and he could not give me the order. But we already knew this before I waited. It was also suggested by Brandon that I try to find the items in the store and maybe I could price match them. I spoke with the store manager and told him about my situation and he asked if I spoke to the Supervisor in the back who was Brandon and I said yes and he said no we do not do price matches with on-line. I then proceeded to re-order the items maybe Brandon would allow me to get the order that is already back there and I so I re-ordered. I then went back to Brandon and told him that I re-ordered and he said that the order would not be available until 11:00am the next day. Ok I will be back in the morning to pick it up. Sometime during the night I received an email from Walmart that I was getting my item delivered for free! Great I thought until I received 2 more emails stating that 2 items would be coming separately. I received my order 2 pieces which should have been 1 top size medium and 1 Pant size medium. But what I received was 1 top medium and 1 pants a size 3X!!! I called Walmart and was told that, that was the only size available but why would you send a size that is not what a customer order??? I continue to receive emails stating that the other items are delayed and now I have no uniform to wear to work so I will have to order elsewhere and Walmart has the worst customer service in the Universe according to my experience!!!!!!!!

They have most of what you need but they don't always have everything…read more Unfortunately you have to be careful to review prices at checkout because they aren't always right anymore. You used to be able to count on Publix being the only store where prices were correct but I guess times have changed. The one saving grace is that if you do catch an incorrect price, they are usually willing to fix it. So I'd say overall the service is ok. The atmosphere is definitely better than Kroger and Walmart in our area but generally just acceptable. The quality of the products is ok but that quality is outweighed by the high prices and by incorrect prices at checkout. I wish I could say I loved this store but unfortunately I only come here because it's the closest bearable option in my neighborhood. If you come here, you'll most likely find what you need and the quality will be pretty ok, but I really wish they would check their prices more carefully and stop raising them so sky high.

Placed an online order around 4:50pm for pickup at 5:30pm, paid ahead of time. Went back for my salad at 6:05 PM and still it was not ready. It took me another 20 minutes to get someone to help me. Finally someone told me they hadn't cut the chicken for my salad and should've called me. Confused at this point because isn't it possible to slice the chicken need it now on the other side? 48 minutes later of waiting and asking to speak to the manager I finally went to customer service. The manager was physically standing there and told the person who was trying to remotely help me that she was done with her shift and she was leaving not knowing I was standing right there worst customer service ever and unapologetic. The manager at the service desk was apologetic, but she could tell how frustrated I was at that point that I had spent over an hour near the sub in deli section where there were seven people working.
