My Walmart Experience started on 04/09/2026 when I ordered 4 items on Walmart.com. 2 Scrub tops and 2 pair pants. I received a message that my order was ready the next day for pickup at 9:36 am. I came to retreive my order at 4:20 pm but when I called the pickup number I was told that my had been cancelled! I was told to come inside and go to the pickup since it was recent that the order was cancelled and I asked why and was told it was flagged because I used a Walmart Gift Card?! I was told to come inside and go to the pickup to see if I could still get my order because I needed these items for work and did not have the time to reorder and wait again. I came into the store and spoke with Brandon and he asked for the order number and said that he would try to help me. I waited for some time and then he returned and told me that the order was cancelled and he could not give me the order. But we already knew this before I waited. It was also suggested by Brandon that I try to find the items in the store and maybe I could price match them. I spoke with the store manager and told him about my situation and he asked if I spoke to the Supervisor in the back who was Brandon and I said yes and he said no we do not do price matches with on-line. I then proceeded to re-order the items maybe Brandon would allow me to get the order that is already back there and I so I re-ordered. I then went back to Brandon and told him that I re-ordered and he said that the order would not be available until 11:00am the next day. Ok I will be back in the morning to pick it up. Sometime during the night I received an email from Walmart that I was getting my item delivered for free! Great I thought until I received 2 more emails stating that 2 items would be coming separately. I received my order 2 pieces which should have been 1 top size medium and 1 Pant size medium. But what I received was 1 top medium and 1 pants a size 3X!!! I called Walmart and was told that, that was the only size available but why would you send a size that is not what a customer order??? I continue to receive emails stating that the other items are delayed and now I have no uniform to wear to work so I will have to order elsewhere and Walmart has the worst customer service in the Universe according to my experience!!!!!!!! read more

I purchased Tires from Walmart about 1 year ago with the LIFETIME warranty well and one of the tires just blew apart so I took the tire back to Walmart in Union city and they refused to replace when tire was 15 percent used based to their tire gauge clearly they do not the meaning of lifetime warranty but one the other hand I had same the problem down in august ga they just replace the tire with no problem clearly you get better service in the white stores read more

It has been months since I have stepped foot into a Wally World but I was hanging out with my mom who needed to stop by the store to pickup a few things. She lives within 10 minutes of three different Walmart locations but she opted to visit the Union City location. Luckily it was a Wednesday evening around 6:30 and there weren't a ton of people inside to my surprise. The parking lot was full of people so when we went inside I was sure the store would be super busy but it was rather calm. This was one of the first times that I actually saw a considerable amount of staff visible and while I did not need assistance, it was nice to know they were available. The store was clean and it was super easy to find what we needed but alas, the problem came when it was time to check out. This seems to be a thing a Walmart but out of the 1,568,2145 registers in the store...4 were open, the self-checkout was open as well, but the checkout lines were super long. We waited patiently and the young lady who checked my mom out was really pleasant, which is something I haven't always experienced at Walmart. Their hours say 24 hours but I came in at 3am to get some meds for my child and none of their registers are open not even self check out. What's the point of being open if no one can check out??!!! I left my whole basket in the line after walking around trying to get my items and getting 2 items from the jewelry department. After being told to meet at register 10 or come back to the jewelry department, I went back, no one was there, stood in line at isle 10 to find that my jewelry wasn't there, went BACK to the jewelry department to find that the jewelry representative Joy wasn't there again! I had the cashier at register 10 call for the jewelry attendant to come just for her to say, she "was already standing there", and then force me to wait in register 6 behind 2 large carts full of groceries. If I could give this walmart zero stars I would. This store is the absolute worst. I have to pack my patience every time I come in here. It doesn't matter when you come in, there are never enough check out lanes open & the lines are sometimes so long that they spill into the clothing racks. Depending on what time of day/night you shop there are often times no lanes open at all, only self check out...also with a ridiculously long line spilling into the aisles. I don't feel like I should have to shop for my items AND be forced to check myself out too like I'm all of a sudden a walmart employee. Don't dare need help with something or need to ask a question, good luck finding an employee knowledgeable enough to help. There are piles & piles of boxes & palettes blocking the aisles at night, frozen items like ice cream that have been thawed & refrozen, the bathrooms are disgusting, the parking lot is trashed & poorly lit. I've given this store several chances & every time it's the same thing. It's really a shame that I have to drive out of my way to a different location when I need to shop at Wal-Mart. When it comes to Walmarts (I am a Target girl), my theory is....seen one...seen them all...but for some reason, whenever I go to this Walmart, I always leaving wondering if maybe the skipped over the employee manual regarding rudeness, and the lack of desire to help customers. I think all Walmarts have grocery stores in them, but I may be wrong, but for some reason, when I need to buy Health and Beauty Items and Im in a Walmart that has a grocery store, I always forget to walk clear across the massive store to find things like toothpaste and end up asking someone near the grocery area, and they look at me, like "B"......i just work here...and I dont get paid to answer questions. Todays experience was a new one in rude workers, so Im in line...and the cashier says....mame....lane 4 is open, well im in lane 10...so by the time I get all the way down there, there;s likely to be 4 people in front of me...and Im next in this line.....so she says...well this is going to take a minute becuase this guy has some information for me (the customer in front of me)....instead of pitching a fit, I just SMDH and walked down to register 4 only to find out, this particualr cashier is going off on the front end manager and telling her that...she betta learn how to talk to people otherwise she aint ringin up "nodambody"! WOW....I mean she literally stood there for like a minute while Im still standing there just waiting to see if she is going to ring up somedambody or if Im going to have to go back down to register 10. All the self service lanes were closed at this hour (11p,) and they only had two other lanes open. Well she did finally ring me up, but by this time she had picked up the register phone and called down to register 10 to continue venting how the manager has asked her rudely to ring up customer and how she is tired of Walmart and their stuff (and she didnt say stuff). I will give her props for telling me thanks as I spent the bags around and pulled my own bags off the pulley...but as I exited the store, I asked myself....why da hell are you in Walmart.....well cause Targets arent 24 hours and thats why Wally's world is still sittin on top of the financial heap, cause they know some nights at 11pm you are gonna need soap and toothpaste. read more

I just left this Walmart in Union City extremely disgusted by how filthy and trashy the parking lot is! Food, plastic bags, merchandise, even suitcases and clothes/shoes strewn all over the parking area. I literally felt sick walking to and from my car. If I could give a -5 I would. A lot of people in this are shop late. These people have one lane open. No other Walmart does this. You have a line with 60 people in it waiting for self-service. It's ridiculous. And with sorry Kroger being closed this is the only store in this vicinity. But o bet you if we stop shopping there they will change. If you see more than two lanes open during the busiest hours of the day, cherish that moment because you won't see it happen often here. I do everything I can to avoid shopping here even though I live less than 5 minutes away. It's never worth the hassle. Visited recently 3/11/18 . But this visit was different for me. Maybe because I was alone without my kids and only had a hand full of items to finish Sunday dinner. At approximately 1:30 or so at this point church has let out and the nigh owls are waking up OH and still in pajamas.. To have only 3 lines open is a total slap in the face and to watch Sales Associates walk around the store with each other talking and laughing, is crazy. Today my Cashier was Rochelle, she looked to be very unhappy and over worked but that did not change the level of customer service that she provided to me. She smiled, she greeted me and even told me to enjoy the rest of my day. (I never receive this level of customer service at this location). I am sure the location of this Wal-Mart is part of the problem because the Sales Associates trump all the Customers into one category of "Ghetto People". I am far from the stereotype of this area. The shelves are hardly ever stocked and the produce never last longer that 3-4 days if that. especially if I wash them before placing in the refrigerator . Normally I visit the location in Newnan or Peachtree City where the shelves are stocked and the Sales Associates provide great Customer Service. I am sure I will be back as this location is convenient to my kids school and to run in for a few items is possible but I waste a lot of time in line for handheld items. read more

Walmart on Jonesboro Rd in Union City Ga is my favorite Walmart. The store is well stocked and clean. I buy groceries, clothes, beauty products and cleaning supplies. My main reason for writing to you is that I met a nice cashier name Ms Ann. She was working the express lane. She was very polite and professional. I knew I had more than 20 items but less than 100 like the other 3 lanes. She help me anyway and said that she did not mine. I even told her to call out the prices so I could verify the prices. I'm typing this as I sit outside of the Auto Center awaiting for my Mom's car to get done. I took her car her to get the battery replaced, I drove it here just fine. After I paid and waited for the car to pull up, one of the mechanics tells me that my car "won't start" at first I thought it was a joke. But after I drove it here perfectly fine, and after you installed a "new" battery it won't start?!?! My receipt states I cashed out at 13:02(1:02pm) its currently 2:08pm and I'm still waiting to see what's going on. Granted the mechanic was nice, but still... Union City Walmart - -I am thankful I read the reviews for this Walmart. This is the absolutely worst Walmart in America. It is the only business in America that you spend time shopping and can not pay for your items. You have to wait at least 30-60 minutes to check out. It is the only store that will have customers wrapped around the store but no registers open but self checkout. They will close lines while you are in them. You can pick out items but you can not pay for them. Most of the cashiers are rude and your complaints are useless because they want to be the Worst Walmart in the country. That is their goal. Craziest mess I ever saw. But on the other hand, I was furious for wanting to purchase the items I picked out. Imagine that. I found I was upset because Walmart did not want to take my money. This is the worst experience ever going here. The lines are ALWAYS super long because not enough lanes are open and the money services always has one person working when there is a long. As a business you should know that the first of the month causes traffic therefore having 2-3 people working in that area would be sufficient. I am treated like a criminal when I enter the store. If I want to exchange something, the store greeter tags it with a bright sticker when I enter the store. Then at the service desk, the clerk asks for all kinds of identification and require me to sign documents before I can get a refund. My teenage son went in to purchase a new battery for his watch, and to have the store install it. The clerk asked him whether the watch had been purchased at Walmart, and as he answered, "no," she blurted three times, "Tell the truth, tell the truth." We didn't get the point of the question, and were offended by her accusation. Also, wouldn't it have been more questionable if he had answered "yes" and the clerk didn't recognize the brand. I think she assumed a different answer without listening to what he said -- meaning she assumed he was lying about purchasing the watch at Walmart. We avoid this store. read more

As far as Wal-Marts go this one is actually par for the course. Once you've seen one you kinda seen them all but you can't compare Wal-mart to Publix, Kroger or Target. They will just never measure up. But you are here the same reason I am here. To save money. Everything in the world is cheaper at Wal-Mart, that's the game. For whatever reason the store isn't going to be as perfectly clean as a Publix or a Target. The produce is to be eaten within 3 days or its just your fault cause the shit will go bad. This particular Wal-Mart is hit or miss so I won't give it a zero. Sometimes it's perfectly fine and the customer service is decent and I have a pleasant experience. This is the closest one to my house and when I do go to Wal-Mart this is the one I hit. I've never had anyone be flat at rude to me but I've never been blown away by a customer service experience.
