We had tuna tarter, a fantastic salad, fresh bread with goat cheese raspberries sun dried tomatoes(also fab) and steak plated with mashed root vegetable, a potato type pancake and caramelized Brussel sprouts. The chocolate ganache dessert with berries topped it all off! Matt and Gavin worked for a few hours preparing our meal. They cleaned up and it was delightful.
