This review is about the party platters. It can be difficult to plan a party long distance but that is what I needed to do for my daughter's graduation. The young lady took my phoned order for a vegetable platter and The nibbler platter. (grapes and cheese) Upon picking them up I was greeted and taken to the deli where The young man carried the heavy platters over to the cashier and loaded them in a buggy for me. The platters were arranged beautifully and were well received at her graduation party. The platters were fresh and of good quality. well I did my first pick up order and I was missing some things I assumed they were out without notifying me 4 hours later they sent me a receipt and the items missing were paid for so I called she says yes mam we have a bag here with your name on it we can hold til tomorrow. that being said they have my phone number and email no body contacted me at all guess if I didn't call they would have just put it back. bad business! do not do pick up orders at this food Lion! read more

I was in line waiting and the cashier called customer service to ring me up just so she could talk to another cashier. I feel that if you don't want to work then give your job to someone who does. I even mentioned it to the customer service who did ring me up. And nothing was done about it. read more
