I waited long enough and went to ask someone for help and they said they'd overhead page. 5 minutes later someone comes and said he'd check on my order. After 10 minutes, I walked over to where they make the food and they had my chicken wings in the fryer. 10 more minutes and they were done. I'm not going to share outrage at being made late...just warning others that this business cannot be depended on to do it right.

I recently visited the store in Sanford. Found everything I was shopping for. A small line which wasn't a problem. A gentleman came out (I believe the store manager) and asked who was next in line. I was. However he took someone else. I said I was next and he said "No, the line forms this way". WHAT?? Those of us in line knew who was next. We didn't need to line up like cattle. We could and were managing this ourselves. For him to say what he said (when I expressed, politely, my view I was greeted with a robotic "have a nice day sir) was uncalled for. Why ask who was next? Even worse, when he was done checking out the other person (I agreed to let them go) instead of having me come over ( I was still waiting in line) HE CLOSED HIS REGISTER. What outstanding customer service!! Aldi Corporate, here is a manager who needs to remain in back and out of contact with your customers. Instead of 5 stars his actions gets you only 2 from me.
