We then spent even more time trying to reach someone who could address the recurring issue, only to receive apologies from bots and supposedly "human" agents, but no meaningful corrective action. As a result, I sent an email to Amazon's Executive Customer Relations team. In short: premium prices, poor-quality produce, repeated apologies, refunds, and no meaningful corrective action. For my family, that was enough to take our business elsewhere.
