My new fave is Margaret. This past year- I have added cupping to my massage. Wet cupping massage and then cupping to the end. Slightly uncomfortable to sensitive areas or area of tension at first but when the 10mins are up and the cups are removed- there are way more benefits. I recently got an MRI and other tests to find out what was happening medically. Since then I am presently resting my shoulder and being proactive in my self care including more body work.
