Pat is a naturally bubbly and caring person. She genuinely cares about all her clients wellness and is serious about what she does. She was honest about what my expectations and did not try to sell me on anything else. I decided to use the Sudatonic Body Wrap for cleansing and joint pain. PROCEDURE: Each session is 35 minutes. You step into a one time use plastic body bag, you can apply the lotion which is to help you sweat more. You then lay on the heating blankets, Pat covers you up and plays soft music as you slowly heat up. As you quietly lay there warming up, you will feel sweat/perspiration forming all over your body. The first 25 minutes are for heating up, of this the last 10 minutes is when it feels like a turkey in the OVEN. It will get so hot that you feel like you are in a humid jungle. After 25 minutes, the heating will stop and you enter the cool down period, YAH! Pat will continuously check on you throughout the entire process. After I finished cooling down I stepped off the table and looked like I went swimming. Pat gave me fresh clean towels to dry my skin. I then changed into dry clothing. RESULTS: I have noticed my skin feels tighter and my body/joints are more responsive at work. I have a job where I'm on my feet all day so this is helping. I love how my body feels so refreshed after each session, like I did a serious workout minus the stinky sweat. I prefer using the lotion prior to entering the body wrap, although some people like to use it afterwards. I've completed three sessions and I plan to buy more for regular maintenance. LOCATION: Well I'm from NYC so this is a nice quiet town. The actual place is located on the ground/basement floor of a building that has many medical suites. I usually come in early Saturday morning when its very quiet. So I've rarely seen other people around except Pat and maybe another client she is treating. The rooms and waiting area are all kept very clean and comfortable. I will mention the walls are somewhat thin so you can hear people in the other offices but its not loud enough to be disruptive. TIPS: Drink lots of water/ fluids prior to every session. Wear a swim suit during the body wrapping session and bring a change of clothes.

After we went over my likes and needs she said, for that involved treatment, my pains are many so my needs are great, she said it might take more than an hour. As I was between meetings, I didn't have more than an hour, and we came to an understanding that Angela would do what she could. An average spa treatment. Nothing out of the ordinary. The therapist didn't speak any English so with this language barrier, she did whatever she wanted and I just had to make the best of it. The massage tables were uncomfortable and the sheets and towels were old rough on my bare skin. The amount advertised for the 90 min or 120 min treatment is totally different from what you will be charged on your way out. I find it distasteful and rude to demand a tip greater than 18%. At one point I felt uneasy and disrespected after paying for the treatment in full and leaving a tip greater than 18%. I wasn't aware that it was mandatory to have to pay an additional amount on top of the fee and Tip that was already paid. I wasn't sure I was allowed to leave if I did not leave atleast 30% tip to satisfy the cashiers demand. Not sure if this is a regular practice, however I won't subject myself to this embarrassment and uneasy feeling of disrespect. 06-04-2026 - @approx. 1pm est I received a call from someone named Sophia, saying they are "the manager" . The first red flag was I was text thru an automated system from the business then I was called from someone calling from a Pakistan phone number +92 99 239080. Conversation started pleasant and immediately went left once I began to explain my issue with the service & treatment I received while patronizing this establishment. It almost seemed like a rehearsed script used for all complaints and issues. First I was told that "maybe there was a language barrier , that was misunderstood. 2nd she immediately informed me that she saw my review and began contesting "my experience at this spa". 3rd she then told me that she "reviewed camera footage" , and this is what didn't sit well with me. This wasn't a call to resolve or fix a situation with a customer, this was more confrontational. She also said I was free to leave at anytime due to the fact that I stated , I wasn't sure if I would be allowed to leave without increasing the tip. I wasn't sure also accused of leaving a false review of my experience and at that point I asked if it was possible to get an email contact for the owner. The last thing this "manager" said before I ended the call was "this is what I mean, I am trying to work with you" as if she was doing me a favor. No thank you. Have a pleasant day.
