He had no complaints about the in-office procedure, but everything that followed was tedious. He was told that the follow-ups after the procedure were included with the first visit because it was technically "surgical." As it turns out, only the first one was included. He was mislead, but okay; we paid it. Then, in September, we received a bill for his first follow-up, which was definitely included. We called the office and they said the doctor would look into the matter. After 3 weeks with no callback, we called again. They said the charge had been cleared and not to worry about anything else. Fantastic...until the end of December, when we received a bill in the mail for 2 cents. TWO CENTS! You want my two cents...you got it! We'll find a new podiatrist. Your office really needs work. P.S. It's also very unhelpful that only one person in the office knows how to process bills over the phone. Having to call back multiple times to pay a bill is rather annoying.

You need competent doctors here, and for your feet there are no better ones than the doctors at Family Footcare. It's what they do. Only feet. That's their specialty. You get through the paperwork, and then they usually take you to a room where they soak your feet in a warm whirlpool of water. Then if your nails need to be clipped, they are done right there. After that, they give you designer slippers made of paper, and shuffle you to an office, and it's there where you get a doctor who knows what they are doing. If you need inserts, or new shoes, or medicine to treat your foot problem, you can relax and know that they have it all. Soup to nuts as I would say, except they really don't have soup, and they're not nuts.
