I had the insurance company call them and they still refuse to see my mother so for these medical office is more important the payment, than the well-being of the patient. That has a lot to say. I had the insurance company called them while as I was in the office, and they still refuse to see my mother.

Dr Matusz got me in the morning I called for an emergency visit. (I had seen him many years before…read moreand wasn't sure he'd take me on such short notice.) I found out I had 2 broken toes and he took care of me with empathy and knowledge. He has old fashioned values that any age can appreciate and I surely did. His staff was wonderful and helpful, I am truly grateful that I was seen by him.
