I had a surgery three years prior and was experiencing significant pain and zero reduction in pain. No one even bothered to call back. When I went online to schedule through their online portal, I confirmed that I had scheduled an appointment. Took a half day off from work drove 25 minutes to their office, satisfied that I had an appointment and I was looking forward to discussing options and what had gone wrong and to ultimately relieve the pain I had been suffering. Not only was I greeted by a rude receptionist who took her sweet time responding to me, she claims she had no record of my confirmed appointment, and told me they would not be seeing me that day. I asked when I could schedule another appointment, squelching my anger and disappointment. She said oh not for a few months we are all booked up. When I divorced them in their services and found a new podiatrist and orthopedist within two days. I had a new appointment with a physician who took x-rays and analyze that the implant that I had been given, had not settled properly was not done correctly, and was the cause of my ongoing pain. I would not ever recommend Yale podiatry group. And I'm saddened at the fact that they carry the Yale name and tarnish it so as if wielding Yale in front of a podiatry group name would bring them business piggybacking off of Yale New Haven Hospital. Rude, reprehensible, incompetent at the top of my list of adjectives. Do not go to this office.

I show up for the appointment and was told it did not book and was turned away. It's time for a physician's office that returns phone calls and is communicative and attentive to my needs. In addition, visits in the past have been less than hospitable by the staff, and irreverent. I often had to wait nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I will not be returning.

After 3 follow up appointments complaining about discomfort in my toe due this procedure and never got treated for it, just give more time until it heals.. Manager Paula also treated me very poor after i called for a complaint about this serious ongoing issue i have now after the procedure in their facility.

There is nothing worse than back pain or foot pain. Your feet hold up the whole body, as does your…read moreback. You can't short change yourself when it comes to these doctors. You need competent doctors here, and for your feet there are no better ones than the doctors at Family Footcare. It's what they do. Only feet. That's their specialty. You get through the paperwork, and then they usually take you to a room where they soak your feet in a warm whirlpool of water. Then if your nails need to be clipped, they are done right there. After that, they give you designer slippers made of paper, and shuffle you to an office, and it's there where you get a doctor who knows what they are doing. If you need inserts, or new shoes, or medicine to treat your foot problem, you can relax and know that they have it all. Soup to nuts as I would say, except they really don't have soup, and they're not nuts.

I was ANGRY at the change in my home town.....a high school (Seymore Wildcats have my heart), now Oxford has one and 3!! traffic lights! I was 3 years behind the Haynes boys, and who would have believed that they were smart enough to become filthy rich? I guess raping Oxford was okay at the time. In any event, I found something AWESOME about having to return to HAPPY HAYNES HORRIBLE HACK THE HILL ....EVERYWHERE town! Trust me, not a chance in HELL those pretty (stupid) boys pulled it off on their own! OK. Back to the good news, I found a wonderful, up-to-date PCP! Robin Mahabar! He is wonderful. He is not running a DRIVE THROUGH PRACTICE! I was ready to find a reason to be angry with him....just because his building was new. SHAME ON ME! SHAME ON THE HAYNES BOYS, however, shame on the idiots that are on their payroll and let Oxford become a WANNA BE SNOBBY TOWN! I NEED TO GET A GRIP! Dr Mahabar is absolutely wonderful! Make an appointment, he is already scheduled out for 8 weeks or such for a physical however, he will see a new patient, and actually DOSE DOCTOR THINGS. ..HE EVEN TAKES YOUR BP HIMSELF! GO GET A GREAT FAMILY PCP!
