Honestly, not worth $200. She does an okay job, but the scheduling is extremely unprofessional. My first appointment was at 3 PM, and I was already outside waiting when she rescheduled me 20 minutes before because she had a doctor's appointment. I let it go and gave her another chance. A month later, I booked another appointment for my boyfriend, and she did it again--this time canceling 3 hours before because she had just gotten back from vacation. I had already arranged to leave work early and drove almost 1 1/2 hours from Long Beach to Ladera Ranch. If you value your time, I would think twice before booking. She clearly doesn't have much respect for her clients' time or schedules. For $200, I expected much better. read more

Val was great, I felt like I didn't have a lot of issues but definitely nail discoloration from gel polish and dry skin. She explained everything as I asked a lot of questions, very thorough and knowledgeable. I hope to have the opportunity to return for a follow up treatment and finally be able to add polish to my nails. She sent me home with drops to help my nails get back to the way they used to be before the damage. They're pretty short which I know was needed to get them to that healthy place, but hoping they grow out fast. She was highly educated. I went to see Valeria yesterday for 1 toe nail fungus and she ended up cleaning all of them. Was it uncomfortable? A little, did it hurt not at all. She is helping me in this journey to have clean nice toe nails with out having to hide the fungus under nail polish I will be coming to her from now on for my future pedicures as soon as my nail grows back. She is very reliable and responds quick to any question you have.
