This location is near my home and I've gone in twice and will admit to finding my daughter a pair of shoes each time in the clearance area for around $9 or so, but haven't found anything for myself yet. As I wonder through the aisles today, I remember thinking that all the shoes looked more like work/church shoes and I am normally looking for play shoes. I work in retail, so I buy good shoes to stand on my feet and work in, but when its time to play...I am a stiletto kinda girl. This location is neat and well organzied, but then it should be since I would say that 80% of the merchandise is black or brown shoes. Here it is 3 weeks before spring & Easter, and I didnt see one pair of spring colored shoes or sandles. Everything was (AGAIN) black, brown, pewter, or gold. And when I say spring colors, I'm not looking for pink bubblegum gators or anything else ghetto related, but a nice pretty spring color shoe. I like to shop in my own communtiy, but sometimes I just really don't think that retailers pay any attention to what really draws people like me to a place that is close to home and carries what I like. There were two people working in this large warehouse(type) store at about 5pm on a Tuesday afternoon/evening and probably 6 people shopping all togehter including me. Is this a sign of the economy being bad or a retailer not catering to its customers?

They offer high tops, tennis shoes, jerseys, shirts, jackets - classic Adidas wear that has been updated a bit. They offer some stuff that is pretty expensive (probably because it's limited edition), but they have plenty of stuff that is reasonably priced as well (I got a new pair of Stan Smiths for $70). Regarding the aforementioned shoes, I went by here and saw them but didn't really give them too close a look. I went to look at them more online in order to decide if I wanted them, but since they were brand new I couldn't find anything on them - anywhere (even on the adidas site). So I called the store and told them my situation and they looked for them online as well and were unsuccessful. So they took some photos of the shoes and emailed them to me. That is great customer service. I decided I liked them and went back to pick 'em up. The store itself has a bit of a "boutique-y" feel to it. I always feel a little uncomfortable shopping in those types of stores and assume they are priced way over my head, but this one was pretty decent. As of today, I still have not received my order or any pickup confirmation email. I purchased these jerseys specifically to support Colombia during the World Cup period, and the order has now been delayed for several weeks beyond the promised delivery date. The delay caused me to miss the entire tournament despite ordering well in advance. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. When I contact Adidas customer service, I am told that the order has already been sent to the store. However, when I visit the store, I am told they cannot provide the order and that I must wait for an email stating the order is ready for pickup. Adidas customer service and the store continue to provide conflicting information, leaving me without my merchandise and without any clear explanation for the delay. I am not requesting a refund. I want Adidas to locate my order and provide the Colombia jerseys that I purchased and paid for. I also want Adidas to provide a clear explanation regarding the status and location of my order and why it has been delayed for several weeks beyond the promised delivery date.

Hence why shopping at a selective store as this one can get you those rare sneakers. Although considered a performance running shoe, it's an iconic foot staple if you ask me.
