This is a discount fashion store, and there are many clothing items I don't like, but there are a ton that I do. There's lots of color in this store - so if you like bright colors, you are sure to find something here. I do find that I have to look closely for gems for me, but when I find them, it's a win. I have one shirt from here that probably cost me $15 - almost every time I wear it, it gets compliments. I have some great "gold" earrings that have almost an Indian-style flair that I bought for about $6. These earrings constantly get me compliments. Many of the items here are "on trend" and all of them are inexpensive. For example, when all of the expensive stores were selling items with animal print, so was Cato. I'm now seeing a lot of peplum in department stores - they've got peplum at Cato too. They also have cute gifts (watches, notebooks, cups, pens, etc.) and shoes. My one complaint - they don't carry a lot of petites and small shoe sizes (size 6). They definitely have them, but I have to get there right after their weekly delivery, because apparently there is a small lady who comes in and grabs the great petite items each week. Oh - they also have little girls clothes. This is nice if you are like me in that you can wear some kids items (cute, cheap tops) and of course, also nice when you have a little girl to buy for. Lastly, it's easy to shop here! And the ladies that work here are super nice. There is ample parking - and when you are done, you can head over to the grocery store to do your grocery shopping.

I was greeted upon walking in, asked several times if I needed help - and it wasn't intrusive. Everyone was super helpful and the clothes were very stylish and trendy. The only one thing that I've noticed (especially since I've been to a few Nike factory stores in a few different states) is that the prices here at this store were a bit higher than other stores that I've been too. In this case, I literally got to walk in and it was immediately helped by Daisy, who was fantastic. We did Peruse the rest of the store, obviously and it's so great to see the diversity of Breanne's product lines and styles here in Atlanta versus in Illinois. That order is still in processing and has not shown shipped. I called Express customer service for a refund. Then in return, they tell me since it's a third party vendor they can not process my return and I need to contact BB Dakota on my own, via EMAIL only. Another upsetting action upon Express. You are quick to take my money, however to get it back I need to jump thru other people. I sent the email to BB Dakota. I immediately get a response in what appears to be a generic email they send automatically for refunds, telling me I have to wait 2-3 weeks for an item to be inspected before getting my money back. UNACCEPTABLE! These items haven't even left their facility. I will NEVER order from BB DAKOTA again.
