Tried to enforce a rule they never do because the KOBE GRINCHES they stole from me have a high resell value. Pathetic can't even trust the company to give you what's rightfully yours because of crooked employees. I purchase a pair of crocs off-line (in app) and received used crocs that were missing croc jewels. I called the customer service number and was told that I could return them at the UPS store. So I went that following Friday to the UPS store around 8:30 AM(opening time) to return the shoes. I was told by the employee there that he was unable to pull up the return ticket label so it would be best for me to return the shoes in the mall. He also stated that it would open up at 11 AM . I was very disappointing because I had just gotten off of work and was ready to return them at that exact time. I would again have to wait until 11 o'clock to return that product. I got in the mall and I went through the Macys side so when I got to the entrance which breaks off into the mall we were locked in until someone from Macys let us out. We stood there for like 20 minutes for her to come open the gate to allow us into the actual mall. I went into Foot Locker with the shoes that were sent to me and I spoke with an employee. I later found out that he was actually the manager. I told him all about the experience and how this was my first time ever ordering from Foot Locker online in the app and how disappointed I was to receive used, old shoes They had hair, lint, string, and small particles in them. They were also missing the croc jewels. I told Manager I would never order shoes online from them again. I them asked about crocs that were in the store and if there are any crocs on sale. He stated there were very few. He told me exactly which areas were the men's, women, and children's shoes were located. I looked around for a little bit and I didn't find anything so he told me that he could send back the crocs that I had brought in. He also said it showed somewhere they had the same crocs and he could order them for me for a discounted rate. He then asked if I would like to take advantage of that. I was very hesitant because the issue I first initially encountered but for the discounted price I couldn't beat it. I told him that I would purchase the new pair. I was told I would be credited back for the original pair of crocs and then I had to pay the discounted rate for the new crocs which was fine. He also said that he would have them shipped to my house. I just received a new order of crocs which again had the same issue as the last time( the inside of the crocs you can tell that they are clearly been worn) they are used and now this time they're missing three croc, Jules, three of the original croc jaws. Send me personally I will not purchase any items off line. If I can't physically see them and touch them to see that they are brand new. I will not purchase them and I definitely will not recommend anybody to purchase off the the app. The only good part or great part of the experience was dealing with Isaac the manager at Cross Creek Mall. He was absolutely wonderful but other than that I would not recommend them. When I called back to the cross creek store( in reference to this matter) to speak to him a young lady I believe her name was Tasha told me that I could return them. I explained to her that I didn't want to return the shoes that I only wanted to speak to him in reference to the matter. She was very snappy and asked what did I want to speak to him in reference to. I told her the situation she said "oh I witnessed when u came into the store and he's not here right now". I told her I only wanted to speak to him in reference to the matter I didn't want to return the shoes at this time. She was very being smart and had an attitude so I told her don't worry about it and that I would just do a review instead. read more

Let's get this popping, Victoria as the store manager is both mom and drill sergeant in one. She was training Cesaly a new up and coming employee not afraid to step out and make mistakes. Cesaly is brave, endearing, courageous- the type of customer service attendant you want helping your next purchase option. Back to Victoria, while training Cesaly at the cash register, to the left of Victoria the cashier finished her transaction then began looking for something to begin, before the cashier could malinger off Victoria without a pause in training pointed to the pile of clothing in need of fold, the cashier redirected her steps to the clothes to begin the task Victoria placed there almost 20 minutes before my transaction began. Victoria was in one place while in the Whole store. The floor attendants continued shuffling, asking patrons if they were in need of assistance as they looked center the store for Victoria's constant and omnipresent approval, as well as, the next task or continue as Victoria signaled to several. So, my son was blessed to have some pretty cool gifts from the Foot Locker for Christmas (12-25-15). Unfortunately, the sizes weren't quite right for a few of the items, and we didn't have a receipt for a return. No problem! Ms. Unis (hope that's spelled correctly), the store manager, was more than eager and able to help me. She took codes from the box, found the transaction within the stores system, and viola! We weren't able to find the size we needed, but were blessed to get two other pair of tennis shoes for the price that was paid for one. I also received a military discount as well as a percentage off because of a sale that was going on (how cool is that). Ms. Unis went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. She stayed by our side the entire time. And when her attention was just absolutely needed else where in the store (involving a customer), she had another store associate to assist us until she could resume things with out transaction. However, things don't stop with the help of Ms. Unis. We had to go back to the store to exchange out a pair of the sneakers that at first appeared to fit well. I should have taken the suggestion of Ms. Unis when we initially tried them on, but I didn't (8yr old narrow/skinny feet). Nonetheless, I was in the Cross Creek Mall yesterday, and got them returned. Unfortunately, we had to order a whole different pair all together. NO WORRIES THOUGH! Store associates Lionel and Kiara were more than able to help me. Both of them showed tremendous professionalism during the whole visit at the store. We were in good hands with both associates. Especially Lionel. Not only was he knowledgeable of the stores children's product, but very patient with my son (8yrs) who had a hard time making up his mind.....Way to go Lionel! As for Kiara, what can I say. She made checking out and ordering the shoes a breeze. My experience with store orders haven't always been a pleasant one. But Kiara, went over everything with me ensuring that I understood what to expect in reference to the ordering of the shoes, and for the turn around time for product to be delivered. Not to mention, the finalizing of all receipts that were needed for the transaction, ordering the other pair (sneakers), and making sure that what we were ordering was correct. This may sound insignificant, or a part of the job description, but I have some crazy stories that I could tell you of what should have been a routine return, turned into a disaster. Not one time by either, Unis, Kiara or Lionel, was I treated like an interruption of their day.......WAY TO GO GUYS......KEEP OF THE GREAT STEWARDSHIP......The care of others.
