We went in at 6:30 on a night they closed at 7 and took care of us like we were the first customers of the day and that was appreciated. She calls and ask for them to take it back since it was upcharge 50 dollars plus it was never opened. The owner even made the comment they have to upcharge because they are a small business. And due to Covid she can not get a refund but she can get store credit. 1st off, if you plan to give someone store credit you are taking the item back. 2nd why not just refund the item since either way you are taking it back. Everyone be careful with this place make sure you know the refund policy and how much an item is before you purchase from here. Greed behind a dollar is something that Karma will get you for. Just a teacher that has had enough of people taking advantage of someone.

Everyone was very friendly. It's nice to find a place that gives customers their time and attention. Good service is worth a lot when you are elderly.
