According to AI the seller, Dick's is responsible When an item arrives damaged, the seller (store) is typically responsible for addressing the issue, even if the damage occurred during shipping. Customers should document the damage and contact the seller promptly to resolve the situation, which may involve a refund, exchange, or store credit Manufacturer's Role -- If the product is defective, the manufacturer may also be liable, but the initial responsibility lies with the retailer

This place has always been a reliable store for all sorts of sporting & outdoor goods. I've been…read morevisiting this location for the better part of 15 years & have nothing but good things to say. The store's larger size helps them stock it with a great variety. There's also always a handful of employees on the floor who are willing to help out. As far as quality goes, they carry a nice assortment of well known brands for most of their products. Along with the pricier, high quality things, they also offer budget friendly options, as well. Whether it's been fishing gear, kayak accessories, clothes or cleats I've gotten some great things that have lasted me for years. You can find great deals through the app & at this location depending when you look. I've found things like Nike shorts for more than half off & I recently gotten a fishing kayak at a significant discount because Quest has a sale. I also ended up getting a $15 discount (that wasn't advertised) on a life vest when I scanned my app at the checkout. You can also get oversized products shipped to the store for pick up so you don't have to pay oversized shipping fees. It's ideal having this location so close by to my house because it's just a fun place to walk around. They're one of those stores that I know I'll always be leaving with at least a lure or pack of baits. Stop by if you're in the area because I'm sure you'll find something that catches your eye.

By catering to basketball, baseball, hockey, football, golf, weightlifting and skateboarding, it likely supports a broad range of customers from different athletic backgrounds. The business name on the building only says, "Sports" which should include the words Buy & Sell for more transparency. They have a second store in Coral Springs that also buys and sells sporting equipment. Whether for those looking for affordable options or individuals in need of specific gear, this store can be a key hub for the community.

He did it but hesitantly and complaining that he couldn't leave the store unattended as he was alone. My car was right outside the store & no one was inside the store & no one would ever attempt to rob or steal any of the smelly junk they have inside! My husband had just passed away & I didn't need to be treated so badly at that time in my life! He offered me a garbage price & wouldn't put the 2 heavy bags back into my car for me. You are a miserable person who should not be dealing with people. I have never seen this customer service treatment in my life! STAY AWAY!

1 Star - Felt Intimidated, Unsafe, and Disrespected…read more My experience at Durango Bikes was extremely uncomfortable and concerning. When I returned to pick up my bike, I found myself in a situation where I was out numbered by 5-6 male staff members and no other customers in the store. As a customer simply trying to clarify billing and service issues, this felt overwhelming and intimidating rather than supportive or professional. During the interaction, a large dog was also allowed to come from the back working area into the front of the store. Given the already tense situation, this made me feel unsafe and added to my discomfort. This did not feel appropriate in a customer-facing environment, especially during a dispute. I also could not ignore the way I was treated throughout the interaction. I felt dismissed and not taken seriously when questioning charges and services that had not been completed. The overall tone and handling of the situation left me feeling disrespected and, frankly, discriminated against. At no point did anyone attempt to de-escalate the situation or offer reassurance. Instead, they lied repeatedly and told me I was incorrect, the environment felt hostile and unwelcoming. No customer should feel intimidated, unsafe, or unheard when simply trying to resolve a service issue. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend.
