I do enjoy this store and do love the socks. I will not buy any other socks. "Features" is the brand name. Very soft and feel so good, like hugs for your feet. Runners Depot is your one stop shop for all things running in Davie! This is one of their bigger (if not biggest) locations, so we wanted to stop by here to get a fitting. I've always just bought shoes based off of looks, but after encountering some bruised toes from wearing bad shoes for pickleball, I knew I wanted to stop by here before I started my string of 5ks (& a 10k)! Wearing the proper shoes is so important and I've only learned this the hard way as I'm getting older. When we came in, we were greeted right away! Kathy (I believe was her name) helped us as soon as we came in. She went through the whole process and never made us feel rushed. From seeing how our arches were if we needed extra support to bringing out shoes that she though we might like, the process was five stars from start to finish. I have smaller feet so I ended up not getting the shoes that were recommended only because they didn't have the color way I wanted but I did end up finding shoes that I felt were the best for me. Searching for a good pair of running/all day sneakers and happened to be in the plaza so checked out this Runners Depot in Davie. Immediately upon entering the store, the two female employees greeted me and I told them I was interested in sneakers but with an arch. Like a whirlwind, Kathy had me shoeless and participating in a "gait analysis". My feet were measured and I stood on some type of heat sensor contraption verifying the possible degeneration of my arch - well something more scientific than that but not sure. Based on the findings of the "gait analysis", Kathy identified a pair of black Brooks (great quality brand) sneakers and Cur Rex gel inserts. Wow, as I stood wearing the sneakers, my old man feet felt like they were getting an Asian massage. The sneakers were $139 and the inserts were $50. Although I appreciated the free analysis, both combined items were on Amazon with free shipping for $15.00 less. Dicks and Champs also advertising same Brooks sneaker for $119.00. I have never really looked into shoes specifically for running before, and know those that I wear for the gym are not that (minimalist). So I stopped by runners depot and was immediately helped by a gentleman with years of experience, who went over my gait, the imprint I leave when I stand, and more. I tried on a variety of different shoes, walked sound in them, reviewed the variety in prices, and finally chose the perfect pair for me. I made an appointment but came in earlier than my appointment. I was helped by Mike! Mike did amazing with asking me the right questions and taking his time to show me certain shoes and explaining the reasoning behind each one. He allowed me to get on the treadmill and see if the shoes were comfortable, he also allowed me to walk around the stores as well. He gave me a tour of the store showed me everything they sell and all the sales they had. I'm super excited in starting my running journey with the right shoes and soles. I love how I have 14 days to try my shoes and bring them back if anything even if they are worn. The customer service was excellent! I've been itching to come here for years. Finally had enough of my back pain from terrible sneakers ! This place is in a very busy plaza but easy to find. Store is very organized and as soon as I walked in Kathy was ready to help ! I let her know what I was looking for and she then led me to sit down. She was explaining how they asses you for the new shoes. She let me know all the shoes they have are for running but are great for everyday support. She watched me take a few steps to observe my gait and measure my foot length as well as the map of my arches. I've never had this done before so it was cool and exciting ! She immediately brought out maybe 3 pairs of shoes and the best insoles for me to try out. OMG ! I wanted to take them all home ! I found the perfect fit and she had me walk around the store with them on. I already feel such a huge difference day to day with my feet and my back pain level. I paid around $200 for the shoes and insoles which I thought was great. I didn't have expectations of paying less than that for quality. We will see with time if they hold up but I can't speak too much on what they should or shouldn't cost. Nice neighborhood running store with top notch service! Logan took great care of me. I was looking for a particular running shoe. My size was not available and due to supply chain issues, could not be ordered. Not deterred by my hard to fit small, wide feet, Logan still managed to find running shoes that fit perfectly. So arch support is really important . The sales person had me take a walk to see how I was walking and hooked me up with right sneakers . I was actually in the area trying to find something at another store and striking out. As I was leaving I noticed Runners Depot across the street. I have been trying to get to the location in Coral Springs for weeks but haven't made it. I really needed to replace my running shoes. I do between 2 and 3 miles a day and lately my right foot has been feeling like it is asleep all the time. I think it is caused by the plantar fasciitis that also cause crippling heel pain whenever my foot has been at rest for long periods. I believe all of this was caused by trying to run in worn out shoes. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by Ron and after a quick discussion describing my problem he offered a solution. He gave me a tight sleeve for my foot that he swore would relieve the plantar fasciitis. By the time I left the store I was already feeling some relief for the dead foot feeling. Next up was picking some new shoes. Ron looked up what I bought last year in Coral Springs in the computer and made some choices from there. He watched my walk and picked out three different pairs for me to try. I was offered shoes in different price points and was not pressured into picking the most expensive shoe. I ultimately ended up picking the Brooks Glycerin 15 because it had the most cushioning. It is described as being ideal for short runs and light work outs. Ron offered to let me walk around indoors for a day with the shoe and if there was any problems I could return them. My purchase for shoes, socks, and the sleeve was $200. Runners Depot let me know that I would not find the shoe for a lower price anywhere. Although my purchase was pricey I consider it necessary. I use my running shoes every day and as I have found out having the right shoe is critical to preventing an injury. In addition to shoes Runner's depot offers protein bars, clothing and just about anything you can think of related to running. They also have running clubs and sponsor local races. I come here because of the excellent customer service and I know I will get the right fit. I am very happy with my purchase. read more

After starting a new year work out rountine I was left with painful plantar fasciitis. It was so bad that I could barely walk in the mornings. I did my research and before spending my money at the podiatrist I wanted to see if I just needed better shoes. The lady at the store was super helpful. She measured my foot and it turns out I've been wearing the wrong shoe size for say....16 years! We tried on several and she let me walk on the store's treadmill to see how the shoes would feel at the gym. I ended up with a new pair of Brook's and tossed my Nikes to the wind.
