Stopped in a week later and was told he hadn't gotten to it but would call the next day which he did. The quote was 275.00 for the repair and he also told me the crystal was scratched and he would polish it up at no extra charge in exchange for a review which I gladly said I'd write. He called the next day and the watch was ready, all looked good except the bracelet, one of the links was stretched out. I pointed this out and he said it came in like that. It most certianly did NOT. Had it been, I would have asked for THAT to be repaired as well. This was my Fathers a 1958 Rolex that had been restored by RoliWorks 2 years ago and the bracelet customized to fit me better 1 year ago so the bracelet was in excellent condition. I returned the next day to let him know I was disappointed in the service. I asked if indeed the bracelet came in like that why didn't they let me know at the time of the quote and was told they didn't look at that part of the watch...WHAT?!? You're a master watch REPAIR , if a piece came in that needed repair wouldn't you point that out? That makes no sense. I was also told "we gave you a discount" okay , but what has that got to do with anything? You gave me a quote, if you chose to offer a discount that's on you, why bring it up after the transaction is complete? Ultimately the nothing was resolved, no offer to repair the bracelet was made other than to tell me it could be sent to RoliWorks for 700.00-800.00 dollars. I don't know what happened, seeing all the good reviews I had hoped to establish a relationship with On Time, but after this experience I can't recommend them.

I arrived right at closing and dropped off my watch, they were extremely friendly and explained the pricing, which I found reasonable. To my surprise, I received an email two hours later, hours after they closed, explaining that my watch had several aftermarket parts that I was unaware of. When I picked it up, they explained in great detail all the issues they found, which prevented them from working on it. I called the dealer I bought it from, and they gave me a replacement watch, fortunately. I would have never known the issues with my watch and had the opportunity to exchange it, if not for Southeastern Service Center. To top it off, they didn't even charge me.
