I am sorry that I did not get your name, if you are reading this. But I hope what I've written makes up for this. There was a constant clear effort and persistence to work with me even though I came into the store later at around 5:20 looking for walking shoes. Even when I was slower to get what kind of shoes I needed, they still walked me through it. They were extremely knowledgeable about shoes to the point where they knew the brand I had (even though it's not commonly used). They had shown upmost patience when I was not sure about the shoes they had shown me. They showed care when they chose to ask what socks I preferred. They also showed how invested they were in the store by asking questions about how I located this store to begin with. Their commitment, expertise, consideration, and drive are not only qualities I believe should be acknowledged but appreciated.

Pricing is about average for these types of shoes, but still high for shoes that are more for show than function. In addition, they also have a nice selection of accessories and for my purchase I was lucky enough to get a backpack thrown in with my purchase for free...and as you may know....Yelpers love a good deal!

Pumas tend to fit me very well, so when I need new shoes this is usually my first stop, but twice I have had to go elsewhere to buy the shoes that I want. I don't wear a particularly unusual size and I'm not shopping around Christmas or anything. I can't think why they wouldn't have my size in every style. I still like to come in here because Pumas are great shoes and will get me thinking about what exactly I want, but unfortunately it isn't one-stop-shopping. On the few times that they have been able to help me, I have been very satisfied. The store is small but neat, and the staff is friendly even when busy. They were also very helpful processing a return, which you don't always see. I can't recall it if was for cash or store credit because they talked me into getting another pair anyway.

I have been taking sandals to Victory Shoe Repair on at least 3 or 4 times to have the straps that cross the top of my foot removed, so that the slide sandal is more comfortable to me.
