I sure wasn't rude or entitled to them and, in fact, this was my first time in any Rack Room Shoe store. It may be my last. Most of their shoes looked nice and they had an adequate variety, but were man-made materials. They get a D- just for being really rude and having poor customer service skills to me.

I am sorry that I did not get your name, if you are reading this. But I hope what I've written makes up for this. There was a constant clear effort and persistence to work with me even though I came into the store later at around 5:20 looking for walking shoes. Even when I was slower to get what kind of shoes I needed, they still walked me through it. They were extremely knowledgeable about shoes to the point where they knew the brand I had (even though it's not commonly used). They had shown upmost patience when I was not sure about the shoes they had shown me. They showed care when they chose to ask what socks I preferred. They also showed how invested they were in the store by asking questions about how I located this store to begin with. Their commitment, expertise, consideration, and drive are not only qualities I believe should be acknowledged but appreciated.
