I stopped by this Foot Locker today while my wife was shopping at other stores. I came to look at their basketball shoes and Air Jordan's. They have a lot of workers here so you'll find someone to help you if needed, the worker all wears the referee clothing. I had 3 different people asking if I needed help while looking at shoes. They also have other stuff here as well like pants, socks, sweather and hats. I saw some nice Jordans that were on sale for Cyber Monday but I didn't buy it. read more

The staff here is excellent. I'm giving them 5 stars despite not having the largest inventory. I get it, you can't have all the sizes for all the shoes in your store. But many of the one star reviews here are old and I think it's a bit unfair to the staff because everytime I've been in here they have been phenomenal. They were very helpful and patient with my son and I as he is a very picky customer. Great experience. We'll be stopping in again I'm sure. read more

the store manager Lili (which that's not even how you spell lili so i would be miserable as well if i was named with a typo), is so rude beyond belief i can only imagine how horrible she treats her associates. She lied to my face, gave me so much attitude for no reason. She wears her misery on her face and it's not a good look. I work in retail and that's NOT. how you treat people. her behavior deserves a demotion or for her to get fired. Ordered shoes at 11am online & when i arrived to pick them up (i was super eager and anxious to get the pair lol) the employee told me i needed to wait a bit for the order to hit their system so they can give me the shoes. I called customer service to see if i could get it pushed through quicker and while on hold the employee called and told me he did that for me and the order was ready. I want to give a big thanks too Anthony for all of his help from the second I walked into the door all the way through my checkout process. All I can say is that the staff and the manager (Dailey Gonzalez I think she said) have no sport team or player knowledge. Smh. I called about a specific player team and jersey and their answer was so unprofessional as if they had know knowledge of who and what I was talking about. Unbelievable. One Star is being generous here. The staff know absolutely nothing about the shoes and literally just take up space. I went in to buy a pair of basketball shoes for the first time in years and they were useless. I may as well have gone on Amazon. Also, they had no socks to try on shoes with despite having literally hundreds of pairs of shoes for sale. I didn't plan ahead and go to the mall with thick white athletic socks to try on basketball shoes and they made no effort to find or open a pair of socks for me to try on $250 shoes I planned to purchase, so I couldn't really tell how they would fit. Selection is OK, not amazing. If you like to be ignored most of the time by the sales staff, this might be just the right shop for you. It's almost self service. Indeed, it would be more efficient if they just made the whole place automated. Five people working this evening, but pretty much just standing around while people checked out shoes and then waited in line for payment. Could have at least opened a second register. The customer service I received here was great. I swung by a couple months ago to pick up the new Steph Curry "Iron Sharpens Iron" basketball shoes for my boyfriend. There weren't any left within a 20 miles radius of me so I had to call around and they had one pair left in his size and they agreed to put it on hold for me even though they were the last ones. I went in that same day within the hour of my call and they immediately brought me to the front of the line and let me finish up my transaction. I was incredibly grateful they put it on hold for me. Being the last pair most places would have said no. I surprised my boyfriend with the shoes and they were a perfect fit. He plays every week and says they have great support and are super light. Two sales rep in the store, plenty of coverage as it was a Wednesday and the store was empty. One sales rep was kind enough to say excuse me as she walked by and that was the extent of her helpfulness. The other guy, just stared at us as we were trying on shoes from the display. We were clearly on a mission to spend money on an athletic shoe but he just walked to the entrance of the store and looked around, maybe he was waiting for a customer... I have managed a retail store for 8 years and I would have fired everyone in there, but since I am not their manager I will just sit on the bench outside of the store and write this review. I agree with the other postings regarding the employees not knowing anything about the shoes or providing good service or suggesting other sneakers in case another one is not available. I wanted black airforce nikes and they didn't have my size. The young guy didn't offer any alternative nor did he tell me when the next shipment was coming in (i had to ask as he walked away).They also brought the guy next to me the wrong sneakers. What a mess and such bad training. I hope the management is reading this. Train your staff in product knowledge and providing exceptional customer service. So I came here to buy a pair of adidas, there was nobody else in the store and three employees there. I asked one sales rep to get me a pair of shoes in my size out of the back, and she was extremely rude, telling me she would do it "in a second" after she finished what she was doing. she was literally doing nothing. I sat for ten minutes watching her stand at the register in a completely empty store, staring ahead, doing nothing. Never had a worst experience....Ray helped me .....shoes weren't in stock even though I called and they said they were. All they had was a stained floor model which of course no discount was given. The credit card processing didn't work. I told him I wanted a gift receipt. So he canceled transaction and we moved to another register that told 10 min to process. Still no gift receipt....so he had to cancel the order issue a refund and process the cars again.
