I went today. I felt a little rushed. I had Jennifer new person. She was nice but not the best masseuse. She had no technique and was literally just rubbing me. Went here on a Saturday at 1 pm for 4 people. They were super accommodating and friendly. The masseuse realized that my back was tight and informed me that she waa going to do a full body massage. Beware!!! Was left completely NUDE on massage table. I was told to take off clothes like normal and so I did and got under sheet. First thing the lady did was remove the sheet and left my butt hanging out the entire time. Honestly felt so exposed, tense, and weirded out! My butt hole was actually touched with no gloves! And to top it off the lady was moaning and deep breathing the entire time with bad breathe. Stick with the foot massage and don't do the body massage. Warning warning warning! Arrived was instructed what to take off and lay in the table. Coco was my Masseuse and she did more than phenomenal she made sure every knot in my body was taken care of and ended with hot stones which sent me to the moon. The worst massage experience of my life, not an understatement! Stay away! It literally smells like dog poop when I walked in there but I was so sore that i went in for the massage anyways. I asked them to use gloves which is PPE protocol for massages and the guy didn't even want to almost argued about it. Then proceeded to give me the most lazy and uncomfortable massage of my life. I almost walked out halfway through. Now bear in mind I am a very generous tipper I usually tip $40 on every hundred dollars I spend. However I could not even bring myself to take more than 5% in this situation, which is more than they deserved. Then they followed me out to my car because they demanded more money and screamed at me and told me not to come back. Well I wasn't planning on it anyways. I live in UT and visited my friend in Dallas a few weeks ago. After our shopping therapy, we decided to get a massage. And I have to say, this made my trip in TX perfect! The massage was AWESOME! The massage therapist made sure that she covered all my sore spots and after the session, I felt super relaxed and very energetic! She is very professional and totally knows all the massage skills!! Did I forget to mention the cute guy at the front desk? I don't know if he is the owner or just an employee, but he has the kindest smile I have ever seen! Had a nice conversation with him before I left. He recommended some nice restaurants and places to visit in Dallas! Definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs a good massage. Well worth the combo massage I paid for. It was only $60 for a 30 minute for massage and 60 minute body massage. I tipped $20 of course. Friendly and professional as usual and asked to go light or a little more tough. I have knots in my back so I prefer more pressure personally. Tech was not too harsh just right. The unique thing about this place is that they have instead 2 bars inside of the massage rooms that allow for the therapist to stand and use their feet to assist them in the massage. I've been to this place 4 times now and have yet to leave disappointed.. my first one was 2 years ago and at first I was worried cause the ac didn't work and we were in the middle of weather change from super cold to super hot . It was a tad stuffy in there but not bad. They let me know when I walked in which I really appreciated.. my one and only massage therapist is named David .. I will always request him , very attentive and when I have certain bad spots I let him know from the beginning and he takes care of it .. this last visit I was in sooo much pain I couldn't sleep I didn't wanna be awake I had horrible stress knots on my shoulder blade .. I let him know he took care of the problem he even found knots leading up to my head that I knew was hurting but didn't tell him . He found them and took care of them. I was hurting for 4 days before I went in . I woke up so much better , tender to the touch which is expected when you get a deep massage . I always leave super satisfied, he has never mentioned tip to me . He walks me to the front and opens the door when I leave the building always friendly saying bye see you next time and thank you. This is my second time coming here, I do enjoy the atmosphere because it's nice and relaxing until someone loud comes in.. which happened today. Please tell customers to keep talking at a minimum when they enter the actual massage area. I purchased an hour foot massage but she was also massaging my whole body, which I needed but if I purchase an hour foot massage I expect just that. It was awkward getting a massage with people sweeping and dusting all around.I did like that they had a private room for the body massage, but not that it was freezing. Not the best foot spa I've been to, either. Not sure if I came an on off day because the other reviews are really glowing, but the one by my house is better. 2nd time and with a different masseuse, still a 5 star! Warning: this isn't your typical apply-lotion-for-an-hour massage. It actually hurts a little on the sore areas as they knead. But they make the existing body soreness go away. This massage heals, but does not just pamper. I've recommended this place to my friends and family and they've all had positive experience here.
