He placed his knee between my legs, in the area of my vagina, spread my legs apart under the cover, and used his hands to pull my upper body up and bend my back. I did not consent to any of this contact, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. Afterward, he continued the session by massaging my legs. During that portion, he went under the drape from my toes up to my inner thighs, and his hands came very close to my vaginal area. I again felt uncomfortable and told him that my head hurt so he would stop. He then moved to massage my head instead. The incident left me feeling violated, anxious, and deeply uneasy. At no point did I give consent for him to touch under my underwear or to reach that high on my inner thighs. I believe this behavior constitutes a clear violation of professional boundaries. After the incident, I returned to the business and photographed the license posted on the wall. The photo (attached) shows that the therapist's picture appears taped onto the license, and I am concerned the document may not be valid. I have made a report to the Mansfield Police Department about this incident and request that TDLR investigate both the inappropriate physical contact and the possible falsification of a license document.

I am a repeat customer of Massage 5 and have consistently paid for 90-minute massages (typically around $110 plus tip) without issue. I also participated in their punch card program, which indicates that after 10 visits, the next service is "FREE." On 4/4/26, I presented a completed card and specifically confirmed in advance with the older Asian gentleman, at the front desk, that it would cover my 90-minute massage. I was told "yes." After the service was completed, I was informed that the "FREE" visit did not apply as stated. Instead, I was told it only represented a $30 discount, and I was expected to pay the remaining balance. At no point prior to the service was this limitation clearly explained, nor is it indicated on the punch card itself. This resulted in something different being presented after the service than what was confirmed beforehand. I made a good-faith effort to clarify the situation at the time, including using translation to avoid any misunderstanding, but the issue was not resolved. I ultimately paid $70 to conclude the transaction. My concern is not the cost itself, but the lack of clear, consistent communication regarding the terms of what is listed on the card. If "FREE" is intended to mean a partial discount, then that should be explicitly stated and consistently communicated before services are rendered.
