We've been on the hunt for a new massage home since COVID closed down our old one, and this COULD be it. My masseuse used his significant skills on a combo foot/back massage ($55/hour). Both hit differently in places I knew I needed (balls of my feet) and those that are so often stressed, that I forget how much tension is there (shoulder blades). My husband got 60 mins of body ($70), but I prefer the variety of half an hour of sitting up and half facedown. So why not 5 stars? I left feeling dizzy, in part from getting up too fast, but also because of the sewage smell coming from the back. I don't know why so many shopping strips have this same issue, but it can't be good to breathe in for long. Comfy Workers: Please don't mask it with scents. WORST MASSAGE EVER!! I called ahead and asked for a foot massage. I specifically asked if someone could do firm pressure and I was told yes. When I arrived, they took the payment FIRST!! When I asked about the firm pressure, I was told that they are old and cannot do firm pressure for a foot massage. Then...they start your time as soon as you sit down and they count the minutes that your feet are in the water (10 MINUTES) as part of the massage!! So 15 minutes were wasted! Even if I wanted normal pressure...there was hardly any pressure at all! It was HORRIBLE AND A RIP OFF!! Worse massage ever!! read more

I always feel like if you want something more relaxing then you go to a "spa" (unless you have a really great therapist that you just always go to) but if you want to show your muscles who's boss then you go to an Asian place like this lol. The older gentleman that worked on me did not disappoint, my shoulders/upper back have had me in so much pain and discomfort (new job staring at a laptop all day!) but now I can relax and sit up straight until my next chiro appt. Very clean place, background music going but no additional noise/hustle bustle you can hear at other Asian places. Yes, you do pay for services upfront which is not usual practice but that shouldn't keep you - you were going to pay anyway right, just bring cash to adjust your tip! They have more to lose with people running off than the other way around lol read more

My fiancé went here today because he needed to relax...instead he came home with even more stress. Not only do you have to pay before the service but the tip is also required before the service which makes NO sense at all. He waited for like 30 minutes in the room for the service, the lady left the room multiple times for long periods of time, she was ON HER PHONE calling and texting 90% of the time with other clients, she RUSHED the service which was terrible because she was barely paying attention in the first place from texting, at one point she was doing the standing on back massage and she was literally just standing there because she was too focused on sending messages!!! The cherry on top: my fiancé got on to her at the end and she told him he "maybe just needs to get more sleep" so inappropriate. And once she realized he was not pleased with the service she tried to give him a handful on CANDY like if he was a child. So disrespectful and unprofessional. No accountability as he did not get a sorry OR A refund... not even for the tip which WAS NOT DESERVED. read more

TERRIBLE! I went there on time and they had me waiting in a room for 30minutes. I prepaid for 60min back massage and 30minute foot massage however, the women giving me the massage was on the phone making other appointments literally during the whole massage. I can understand one or 2 but she made 7 calls during the entire massage with texting. Completely unfocused on me even though I already paid. I felt her texting while resting on my leg too and then she didnt even massage both sides of my body evenly. The foot portion of the massage was completely left out as well. Everything else was rushed and she kept going in and out of the room and would be gone for 5mins at a time. At the end I asked about the foot portion and she gave me some bs excuse saying that the rocks on my feet and the toe tugs were the 30min foot reflexology although in total that process took not even 2 minutes. Absolute waste of money and total disrespect to a customer. I even tipped her in advance. Unbelievable. read more

I have had a knot on/near my shoulder blade for like a week and it was so painful that I needed some immediate relief. I called Comfy Zone and they were able to take me in immediately. They have individual rooms, but the walls don't connect to the ceiling so you can hear everything still. The room was clean, a little small but I mean I was face down for almost my entire stay so it didn't bother me lol. The lady would ask me if I was okay, and would ask about the pressure. I love deep tissue massages, and she definitely was able to give me enough pressure to do just that. She was so nice and gave me a bottle of water on the way out. Prices were pretty decent! The husband and I are new to the area and have been looking for a massage place that gives a good massage but doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Made an appointment for a couples massage a few days prior. When we got there, we were taken to our room right away and Jessica and Ari were amazing. They definitely know what they're doing. Ari worked out all my kinks without me having to tell her where my back hurt. Hubby said the same thing about Jessica. Very friendly staff. Clean place. Will definitely be back. read more

I flew home to Fort Worth from New York to visit my daughter in Grand Prairie. I really needed a massage so I dropped in here hoping they could take me right away. They were incredibly great. Very sweet and attractive young Chinese girl named Elaine greeted me and showed me to the room. She came back a few minutes later and gave me what was honestly the best massage I have ever had. Because of travel and long hours at work and brutal training, I get my share of massages and back adjustments but this was by far the best ever. Today I was looking forward to a relaxing massage after a strenuous workout. Upon entering and selecting the massage I wanted I was asked to pay in advance. I have been getting massages for over 20 years in the US and outside of the US and I have Never been asked to pay prior to service. !!! I politely declined and left without a massage. read more

I can not come back here again. I do get foot massages at least one a month sometimes twice and I decided to try a new place for some reason. It's important to make good first impressions and a couple of things happened. I was first asked to pay first before even getting the massage. That was a red flag already and it was unfortunate of how my experience went. She then asked if I wanted a different massage that was more. Lastly, the girl I had was on her phone a lot of the time. It was not good business at all. Stick to the places you know. Especially during a time like this, this is a luxury to be able to spend money on these things. So yes!
