The customer service was not great , we were taken to a room and just sat there for a while they didn't tell us anything then our lady's came in and didn't introduce there self just told us to lay down. This has been by far the best foot spa I have been to in the area! Also, the only one that I have experienced with hot stones (no extra charge!!!). BEWARE. Do not recommend. Place is filthy. Lights are dimmed so you can't see how filthy the towels are. I had a foot massage and my feet were put on a wet towel - which was obviously re-used from previous customer. Turn on the lights for yourself and have a look, and feel the towels near your feet before you start the massage. Also, the bags they soak your feet in are re-used. I saw this going to the restroom and their filling station is behind restroom in the back. The body massage single use bed sheets are re-used, which is disgusting and totally reckless. If you come and dont know what to get, def try the foot reflexology. They include a fair amount of body massage even though there are more expensive body massage options on the menu. You lay on your back and get a relaxing head-face-arm massage while your feet soak in hot water. Then they dry and massage your feet as the main portion of your massage. To finish they flip you over and massage your back as well! Best bang for your buck!My only love-hate was when my masseuse asked if I wanted to upgrade my foot option to the body combo option suddenly during the massage. It felt like an invasion of spa privacy since I've only ever had massages interrupted to check for softer or harder pressure. Plus the only time people tend to throw add-ons mid-service are at nail salons. I said no, but towards the end she asked one last time, $10 for 10 more min of body massage. I gave in. Let me tell you that it was totally worth it (and actually cheaper and longer than if you started with the combo as your massage option!). I've been to this foot spa several times since they opened. Each time was WONDERFUL until this past weekend! I called and made an appointment as usual. I have always had female attendants and they always are so gentle. When I arrived I was taken to one of their rooms and met by a male employee. I ALWAYS stress that I want VERY LIGHT pressure due to my neuropathy. Again, I said please, soft pressure and the receptionist told him twice "soft". For the whole hour I kept telling him he was hurting me. He used so much pressure I was sweating! It has been 4 days and i am still in pain from my neck to my feet.
