I came across this place after leaving from another massage appointment HIGHLY disappointed. Yes, you read that right - I literally booked two massages in one day. I was so dissatisfied with my massage at different place that I needed an immediate backup! This Foot Relax place saved the day. Plus I had also been looking for a foot spa replacement since the guy I normally used at the location closest to me had left. I find that I get best results when I have a male therapist. Now on to the details. The customer service was great as I previously stated I had a last minute request and they were able to accommodate. I called ahead of time to see if they had availability in which they did and told me I could come right over. While in en route I thought I'd schedule a session for my husband and son since they seemed to have openings and my son had been wanting to try a massage for quite some time. Good would be his first, so I thought it was a good prelude. I had the combo special which consists of 30 minutes on your feet, neck, shoulders and head (if you want it), and 30 minutes on your back. My husband and son got the 30 minutes foot massage only. My masseuse was Kelvin whom I greatly appreciated. He made sure the applied pressure was great & focused on the communicated tension areas as well. Overall, not bad for the buck. I will say don't expect bells & whistles here although they do not seem to compromise on cleanliness. They switched out towels and blankets between use, the foot soak contains a liner in the tub that is removed, and liners for the massage room area as well. Also the products they use are not high end retail either, but they get the job done. My only suggestion would be that if you're going in a group do schedule ahead of time for if you want to be accommodated at the same time. Like I said I called in last minute then added two people, so they had to wait about 20-30 minutes to be serviced. Other than that I'll definitely go back. read more

The foot massage was excellent and the ladies were very nice. I am disappointed with check out process. I tried to use their yelp coupon which has no expiration but for no clear reason they refused to honor it. They said they won't take it this year--whatever that means. They also charge an extra $2 per person to run a credit card. I understand a standard fee but they don't post any of this information upfront. Very rude people. First the lady that was messaging my feet wouldn't apply any pressure then after I pointed where I had pain she started saying things under her breath which all sounded like she was cussing. Then I didn't tell her anything just payed for the service so she asked for a tip and I said "No tip for you because you were so rude". So she started losing it. After such a long wait we finally found a massage place that cater our sore feet and back. I am pleased with the owner if he is the owner he was nice to accomedate us rightaway eventhough me and my husband came an hour ealry because we are jst excited to get our massage and we chose the combo massage both me and my husband but As the owner or the manager left these two ladies who dis our massage kept on talking and talking and talking , they have to understand that part of our reason to have a good massage is a place that is quiet! Came in get a foot massage with friends. I asked for female staff but they said they have one male and one female so I ended up with the male staff, thankfully he was good with the pressure he applied on my feet. But the female staff was very rude. We mentioned to keep the pressure soft but the female staff told us not to tell her, clearly she took an offense and told us off. She kept saying somethings in Korean language so I turned Google translate to understand what she was saying. It was not appropriate words that she said. I showed them what Google translate translated, and than stopped talking but kept mumbling throughout the service, left the massage room 3 times to serve other client who were coming in, even though there was a receptionist there. With this kind of service we decided not to tip. When she found out that we did not tip her, she started to scream and demanded to be given a tip. We told her no because of her service and how she left the massage room 3 times. She screamed and told us to get out and never come back. What? Are you for real women? We both like different styles and the people they paired us up with were perfectly suited to accommodate our likes and dislikes. Awesome place! Very friendly people too. You think you're getting a foot massage but it's WAY more than that. First off, 4 friends and I called to see if they'd have space for the 5 of us. They were completely and totally accommodating. Two of us were in one room and 3 in another. First, they had my feet soak in warm water while they gave me a neck, head and shoulder massage, followed by arms and hands. So amazing! Then I was transferred to another room where I laid face down and was given a back and legs massage. Again, amazing! After an hour, I stood up to leave and felt SO relaxed. Just $30 for an hour. Let me start off by saying this was my go to spot. I went there yesterday unsatisfied with their service. So, my friend and I went to get foot massages.. the girl who was working on me kept talking to the guy working on my friend, so it was not that peaceful to begin with. Also, the guy working on my friend answered a phone call which made it more displeasing to me as it's supposed to be a place to relax - not overhear their conversations / phone calls. Anyways, the lady who was working on me kept leaving and coming back. Then, this other guy came to take her place & I was like "um.. okay" still trying to find my serene. The guy was better than the girl, but the whole experience from the beginning was not what I expected. To top it off, while checking out I wasn't aware their foot massage price changed from $25 to $32, so I was like okay, that's fine. I still tipped $3 despite everything. The guy who was checking me out then halted me to make the tip $8 and put the total to $40... & he kept repeating it to me with a stern face & I was like WOW. I came in to redeem a Groupon special of a foot detox and decided to add on a 30 minute foot massage and am glad I did! Who really knows if the detox works but I did enjoy soaking my feet in warm water in a dimly lit, comfy room with nice music playing. The foot massage was GREAT, i thought the half hour was perfect amount of time and will do the hour next time now that I'm familiar with it. I will say, the foot massage isn't just on the feet the individual will do a bit of work on your shin area and a small amount of stretching; that could be great post weight training. read more

These places are a joke. My son and I came in today for a back and shoulder massage and foot massage. The bad thing is they also seen to believe want to touch your butt. They don't speak good English so they assume we want them massaging our butts. What kind of people are they. Then they tell you one price at the door and when you get ready to pay they up the [price and beg for a tip. The lady told us she work so hard. Man that is her job. If she had done a good satisfying job then she would not have to ask for a tip, The guy massage my butt with my clothes on . I would not recommend them to anyone. Their women prey on young. Went to this place last night with my husband. They took us in a little bit after 8:00pm, which was very nice. The massage was good and everything. The price for the massage was 25$ each total of 50$ we left a 10$ 5 and 5 and they were making us feel horrible, said that " 5$ is very little money" and did not want to return the full change to my husband. Now a tip is a tip and I find 10$ is good and according. They lost 2 potential customers thanks to their horrible behavior after all. It was extremely disappointing to say the least! When it was time to pay, I explained that I only brought so much money and the fact that the service was not the initially quoted price would cut into the amount I had available for a tip (although I was leaving a tip, it was just less). The only downside was that when they move you into the table rooms for the body massage, the doors are left opened. I don't write businesses review often, but this time the owner of this business location urges me to come up here to tell how we experienced our first horrible service & massage. My husband and I received a gift card of 90 min combo (1hr body massage & 30 min foot massage) from a co-worker (who been to this place few times). I called the shop Monday morning at 9:30 to ask if they have available for 2 at 10:00AM. I also requested for Min and Michelle as our masseuses. I think we were lucky to have that 10 o'clock available, and exciting waiting to have good time together. We arrived at 9:55AM. There a man came out to greet us and send us to the room with 2 foot massage chairs (10:00AM). He brought two buckets of warm water for us to soak the feet, then left....15 minutes wait. He came back, starting massage on my head, face and arms for 15 min, he left the room at 10:30 AM and never come back. The lady who massage my husband started her time at 10:20 and finished him around 10:45, move him to different room for body massage. I sit in the room by myself wondering what happening. I told the lady who massage my husband to ask where is my masseuse, but seem like she doesn't care. She just gave me a smile and walk out with my husband. almost 11 AM, I couldn't wait any longer, I walked out the room going toward the lobby, crossing the room on my left shoulder, I saw Min (my masseuse was massaging another client) made me even more angry. He chased after me and said sorry and said that he almost done, he will continue massage me. I didn't say a word. I sat on the couch to wait for my husband and don't plan to continue my service. Min came out at 11:10 and told me that now he is ok to massage me. I told him I don't want to continue I have to leave because we have another plan. He said that he only short for 10 minutes so that ok my husband will wait for me 10 min. Oh yeah! left me there for 30 min, now said there was only 10 min short. Min returned my gift card (I gave it back to my co-worker so she can ask for money back or if not, she can use it because my husband and I will never come back). My husband wrote a reviewed, 5 minute after he posted, Min called me, (also text after we hang up phone) ask me to take off the review and my husband and I can come back they will do for free massage if we take it off Yelp. I told him we received horrible service, the massage is interrupted and short in the time, my husband wrote his review base on what we experienced. we didn't mean to do that to receive free service. we understand how hard the massage therapist work for an hour or so...I am a licensed massage therapist too, so I know this is totally wrong to leave your client like this. One bad review may not effect the business. If he apologizes or ignores my husband post, it would have been taken off and he wouldn't receive another bad review from us. I don't encourage everyone not to come to this place, I don't want to ruin anyone business, but I hope they will take care their clients better, and mark your time if you ever go there because you may end up receiving less minutes than the actual time. I went with my boyfriend to get a combo massage. We were massaged by two men and the massage was nothing special. We felt extremely uncomfortable and the staff wasn't welcoming. When it was time to pay my boyfriend left a $10 tip because the service was already $80 and we felt uncomfortable during the massage. The owner himself questioned us on our tip and pressured us to tip more. The man was very rude when confronting my boyfriend about the tip. I didn't think the tip was necessary because we thought they pocket the $80 anyways. It was extremely unprofessional and we left feeling offended and ripped off. My husband and I try to go once a week, we usually do the foot massage which also includes your back and neck. This is by far my favorite massage place. Paul is awesome, he gives a great deep tissue massage. I fall asleep most of the time during my foot massage, it is just so relaxing. They are also very clean. I love this place. read more
