Storm damage and my insurance company referred me to this group. The only positive (reason for 2…read morestars) was that because of water damage - they literally gutted my downstairs- pulling up half the wood floor as well right away. Then- basically - left- for MONTHS. After this- sloppy and incomplete work. Drywall seams - terrible. Paint job sloppy. Did not replace electrical outlet covers- rehang windows blinds (in the bill) and the worst part- wood flooring person NEVER SHOWED UP. I had to hire my own wood floor person to complete the job. Obviously no oversight- and never checked the job at "completion". Even after telling them these issues- no show. I'm now fixing their sloppy work with another contractor.

Dia was excellent in how she handled the situation that almost 24 hours of consecutive chats couldn't accomplish yesterday. I should have just gone here first and it would have been resolved. I truly appreciate Dia's level of professionalism, honesty, & care. It reminded me of why I'm a Verizon customer. I'm grateful for all the time she spent with me while multitasking and helping other customers, but still making sure I was taken care of.

While living in Hawaii, I left Verizon for T‑Mobile because believe it or not, T‑Mobile actually…read moreworked better on the island. When I moved back, I assumed Verizon would still be the stronger carrier. Wrong. If you know me, you know I don't tolerate anything that doesn't serve me. Marriage, relationships, bad service... I'll exit stage left with no hesitation. I made the mistake of switching from T‑Mobile to Verizon, but it only took 12 months to correct it. The service was terrible, and for a carrier that charges premium prices, the experience was anything but premium. Now, about the in‑store customer service: It was... decent. I arrived an hour before closing, and even though I should've been next, another customer was helped first. The assistant manager announced that skipping me was "the correct order," which made no sense. Thankfully, the actual manager explained the mix‑up and was kind about it. With several vacations planned through September and knowing Verizon offers nothing close to T‑Mobile's international perks I switched back. In true Nessa fashion: divorce finalized. Verizon has the worst service in the DMV. I took a last‑minute getaway and refused to give them another dollar so I quickly switched! They're expensive, and I'd rather support a company that actually works. And for my Verizon WiFi loyalists: I even changed my WiFi provider, and everything at the new company is better. If you're still with Verizon... make the switch. Grass is greener on this side! Life lesson: Leave anything that doesn't satisfy you. And when you take the trash out, don't hesitate. If someone else wants what you threw away, let them have it, some people mistake your discarded scraps for treasure because they've never had anything better or simply put, it's their only option.
