Roy, (I hope he is reading this) please, learn the basic customer service, learn how to be more productive, polite and open to people (even if we attend school for free it doesn't give you a right to serve us on a poor level). My only issue here is the parking and the pick up. While the staff works hard to move the line, it's just suitable for the amount of students who attend this campus. At times it can take 30 or more minutes to pick up your child after the bell rings. No fault of the staff, but can be pretty troublesome when your child or yourself have any plans or appointments after school.

I had one of my children attend this school for a couple of years. I had no frame of reference since I grew up in Los Angeles and hadn't been in school for many, many years. Some things did strike me as odd- when my child would get hurt or interact with some of the older kids, where were the adults?? How qualified were these attendants during lunch and recess? It always seemed my kid was getting hurt and I wouldn't find out until he told me about it (which is frustrating because a 4-5 year old won't always remember to tell everything). Other things I noticed were a lack of music programs- no kindergarten graduation or music performance at the end of the year. The campus has cameras, but they don't work! No kindergarten field trips. Where is the funding going? It wasn't until I transferred my son to another school in the district that I truly saw the difference in quality. So many programs for my child to participate in, real involvement and care by the principal, great attention and guidance for the younger children on campus. It felt like we finally found the right fit. I would take the horrendous parking situation and sit in my car an extra hour for pickup and drop off at the new school over having my son attend Northmont which is just 5 min from our home. Do your research! I wish I had regarded all the negative reviews more seriously. It IS as bad as they say.
