They diagnosed me with a pulled hip muscle lol.They told me to take Ibuprofen and rest..Pain and feverishness continued for days. My actual doctor ended up prescribing a targeting antibiotic and some other meds because it was an infection. Now, you'll see "Wellnow" put a response under this review, acting like their concerned and will help. I already jumped through their email hoops and they did nothing. Just the run around and no answers to emails. This place is like the Bradford McDonalds of medical facilities in my opinion. 0 stars

The visit when I went to Urgent Care in Bradford PA, over a year ago, was all good until a year…read morelater I got an email that I scheduled a payment for a bill of $355 to come out of my account. I did not schedule a payment and did not authorize this. I did not know that I had a bill because I was never sent a bill in the mail (I have it set up for paper bills). I only knew about this bill from the email of me scheduling it to come out of my account. I called the billing department and after waiting on hold for over 40 minutes, I was told that the bill was still on my account and that I had no insurance on file for when they billed it. a year ago, when I went to Well Now, they had my insurance information, because I paid the copay that was owed based on my insurance. Not sure how they lost my insurance information or if this is a scam that they are getting away with. After talking with the billing department, they said they will send to my insurance and it may take up to 45 days to be fixed. I will be waiting to see if this is resolved. If not, I am more then happy to report this to the Better Business Bureau. There is something off about never getting a bill, getting a notification a year later that I scheduled a payment, and all of the sudden not having my insurance information on file. I hope that this is resolved in a timely way.
