The prior appointment was also canceled, albeit with an hours notice via voicemail. When i returned the following day at the new time i waited 45 minutes before being taken in to a room. Had to have my vitals taken 5 times before the "nurse'? decided to right them down since her lap top wasn't cooperating. This was followed by another 30 minute wait so i could speak with Jean for 10 minutes about my concerns with my medication before being ushered out as they had a full schedule. It appears to be understaffed as well as poorly scheduled and or managed.

It also seems strange to me that the receptionist who quit a few months ago was called to come back. Turnover in the one year I have been coming there is just not normal, especially since you had some of the best np's I've ever had and were more knowledgeable than most doctors that have treated my conditions. The website is out of date as most of the 5 star ratings were given to the chronic care np's that are no longer there and this location can't possibly live up to the definition that's online.

Every time I've been in here they've been patient and understanding, something that's very important for a patient like me who has a phobia of needles. It's not a major one, mind you, just a little light-headedness if I get blood drawn sitting up, but they're still quick to make sure I can use the bed in the backroom to lay on while they draw. I've seen a variety of staff members in this location, and they're always friendly and welcoming, and quick to provide great information about their services and what I need to know about my labs. If you have to get lab work done, I suggest stopping in here if you have the option. If you have blood drawn, don't hesitate to ask for juice! They usually have it in the fridge in the front room.

i was a patient here and went once in person where i filled paper work out and they diagnosed me…read morewithin the same day no further evaluation other than a couple questions on paper, they had no interest in exploring other mental problems i've brought up. after the one session in person i was forced into phone call sessions only and when i requested in person it was disregarded, these phone sessions never lasted the full session time and was always cut short. during these sessions the advice i received was always the same, music. they will not stop talking about music my partner has had the same problem, they insist that listening to happy music will fix everything and just don't drop it i don't know why they kept bringing it up even after i said it's not helping. personal opinions were also brought up in sessions, at some point even bringing up their political opinions like i cared what was going on in the world when i wanted to die. my partner still goes to this center but only sees a psychiatrist, and he may be the worst one in there, during my partners session she mentioned me to him and i am non-binary so she referred to me as her partner, he then proceeded to ask her what i was born as, insisted that the pronouns are plural and don't make sense and LITERALLY PULLED OUT A DICTIONARY and looked it up with her where he was proven wrong. she was extremely uncomfortable and verbally so, extremely unprofessional she pays to be there and that is how he chose to spend that time truly a work of art. only reason i'm not there anymore is because one day i never got a phone call for our scheduled session and later got a letter in the mail stating that my case was going to be disregarded because i haven't been attending sessions i wasn't even getting called for. their number is also a weird one way call thing so you can't call them.
