From the moment I walked in all the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The facility is spotlessly clean and well equipped for any type of PT or OT someone would need. I had the pleasure and privilege to work with William Lucas who was the consummate professional; kind, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. He pushed me to reach my capabilities and it paid off tremendously. I came in for my first appointment right after surgery in a walker with so much pain I could hardly walk. I left today, 7 weeks later, able to walk nearly pain-free and able to do things I have not been able to do before my knee was replaced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CPOT to anyone who needs help with PT or OT. Hats off to a tremendous team and thank you to all of you for getting me back on my feet!

My last appointment was canceled 10 minutes before it was scheduled. Still waiting for a return…read morecall to reschedule so we can discuss bloodwork. The prior appointment was also canceled, albeit with an hours notice via voicemail. When i returned the following day at the new time i waited 45 minutes before being taken in to a room. Had to have my vitals taken 5 times before the "nurse'? decided to right them down since her lap top wasn't cooperating. This was followed by another 30 minute wait so i could speak with Jean for 10 minutes about my concerns with my medication before being ushered out as they had a full schedule. It appears to be understaffed as well as poorly scheduled and or managed.

Unfortunately,…read moreboth np's that were excellent and specialized in multiple chronic conditions have quit the Olean practice and Jean is the only one there. It also seems strange to me that the receptionist who quit a few months ago was called to come back. Turnover in the one year I have been coming there is just not normal, especially since you had some of the best np's I've ever had and were more knowledgeable than most doctors that have treated my conditions. The website is out of date as most of the 5 star ratings were given to the chronic care np's that are no longer there and this location can't possibly live up to the definition that's online.
