I would give it 0 stars if I could. Do not give this dealership your hard earned dollar. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and it will be my last. The sales department bumbled around with the pricing on my motorcycle for 2-3 hours until they could get me in the door of the finance office because I was tired of being upsold on every model and submodel of motorcycle on the floor. The finance rep, Harrison, was visibly frustrated and agitated with my presence at the signing and answered my questions indignantly and unprofessionally. When I put $3,000 down on the original price of the motorcycle I ended up choosing, a Kawasaki KLX300, there was still a balance of $10,000 left for some reason. The bike is worth $7,000 brand new. I don't know how he did his math or how that $3,000 didn't change a thing about the price, but he didn't explain it very well at all. He was just frustrated he was going home at 5:15pm instead of 5pm. Maybe it was my mistake for signing, and maybe I should have brought someone to help with the fine print, but I feel like I got scammed, big time. Purchased a used slingshot from them last year was told at that time tires would be replaced they weren't. I had to drop it off last year in Aug for I thought was an easy fix but they keep it over a month, tires still not replaced. The security issue still was not fixed I was told it was a software issue and was waiting on an update, I called last week to see about the update and getting the tires put on and was told they don't make appointments. Last year I was told that they could flash the computer and install the tires while I waited, but know they are saying they can't. This just seems like they are trying to get out of doing something that was promised, not to mention almost 4K on an extended warranty. I live over 1hr away that was the reasoning for waiting on it, not to mention 5th recreationally vehicle purchased from them. So Beware this is how they treat repeat customers. read more

Initially the negative comments about this dealership were a red flag, but we decided to give them the benefit of doubt. Harrison was our sales rep and couldn't have been nicer, before our huge cash purchase of a 2018 Honda GoldWing DCT, along with several accessories, jackets, helmets, etc. With a follow up email to Harrison after a request to him, he replied, "I called my Honda rep and just left him a message. I'll get back to you as soon as I hear from him!", as his answer, I was totally ignored, and my repeated emails were also ignored. I finally called a week later and his attitude lacked his early enthusiasm with a pending sale in the works, with what seemed like no interest in "service after the sale", understandable, but disappointing, with the call ending abruptly. But........in all fairness to Harrison and Foothills, he and the service and sales departments did afford us an extra measure of attention to detail. The store has a huge inventory of vehicles and accessories with a nice customer lounge, so it could be a one stop shopping experience. Any over reaction to a service related disappointment may cause future visits to be in question, but that would depend on the circumstances, and the individual (s) involved. read more

I took my polaris sportsman 335 in 6 weeks ago for a carb rebuild after I personally replaced the air filter, spark plugs, oil filter, etc. I get a call after five weeks saying I needed an air filter, spark plug, and a carburetor rebuild (which is what i told them when i walked in). 6 weeks i waited just to be told that i owed them $775 for all the stuff they found wrong with it when i had personally replaced the air filter and spark plugs right before bringing it in. The manager of the service shop tells me that his technician wouldn't tell him it needed to be replaced if it didn't need to be replaced. (Basically im an idiot and dont know about my fourwheeler) Anyways they tried to rip me off BIG TIME I WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THE SERVICE SHOP HERE AGAIN. Imagine if i wouldnt of changed those parts personally and knew nothing about the product. And by the way they still are not done after i told them to go ahead with the carb rebuild and its been a week. By the way they add $99 bucks an hour for these servicemen BS read more

Went in there to look to buy an ATV I inquired about earlier in the week. Couldn't find a sales man. When I did, he didn't know if they had it. We walked around and he was talking about how many jet skis they sold. After about 10 mins of him looking lost, we back to the front Of the store and I just left. Never found it or he didn't seem interested in showing me a comparable one. Seemed to have no interest in selling anything, so I just left. Wouldn't waste your time going there unless you want to hunt and search and find what you want because he was absolutely no help. read more

My only experience with this company was with the parts department but it was enough to keep me from ever going back. Being convenient to my travel of the day I stopped in to buy some plastic push rivits for my 2008 RZR and an "O" ring for the fuel pump mounting to the fuel tank. I already checked online for the rivit fasteners and found them in bulk, about 50 ea. for $12.00. Foothills wanted $2 a piece for them. No way. I was told the "O" ring was no longer available and I would have to buy an entire new fuel tank at around $700.00. When I balked at the prices I was indirectly reminded that they did not care about my problem. The female parts clerk did not offer to research the availability of the "O" ring at other dealers. Her attitude was, 'this is the price and this is what we have and if you don't like it, tough.' I ordered the push rivits from an online source and now have a lifetime supply for around $12.00. I then called customer service at Polaris in MN with my need for the "O" ring. The parts people there (Chris) did a nation-wide search of Polaris dealers and found six who had the part. I ordered one from Missouri for $10.00 including shipping. This is a far cry from installing an entire new tank for around $700.00 would you not say? Bottom line is expect Foothills to gouge you on price and forget customer service. read more

Wow! Poor customer service! Took my Polaris rzr to have belt changed, next thing I know my oil is leaking. Called them and said it was 100% my fault, funny how I didn't have an issue before. But okay, took it to a different technician he Informed me that the gasket was removed from oil filter which is what caused the leak! I certainly didn't remove it, last place to touch it was this place. Spoke to Jamie, the district manager, he said they didn't touch it all they did was change the belt. I guess the gasket was magically removed! This guy is a joke, he didn't let me talk, kept talking over me, blamed me for the oil leak! Lesson learned! But please TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! These people will only break your stuff to get more money out of you!! Which did I mention, they are super pricey!! read more

I have very limited experience with this place. The one and probably only time I went, the service department was nice but slow. When I arrived to pick up my item, no one was In the service area. I stood there for ten minutes or more waiting on someone to pay. All I had them do was replace a dirt bike tire, but they charged me $137. They got me, and I will learn from that. I was told that I had to pay at the parts desk which is in the showroom area (this is where it goes from so-so to bad). The people in the parts area were jerks. They had ZERO customer service training and were completely absorbed in themselves and their own conversations. The sheer lack of professionalism is overwhelming and is the reason I will either go somewhere else or do maintenance myself from now on. read more

I would not give this place one start but had to at least leave one. We went in looking at a used four wheeler. We had Harrison assisting us he was lovely not really . As we sat there for 1 hour while he tried to finance a four wheeler he rudely came up and said do you have a co-signer? We were putting money down! As I said no he says thanks for coming and walks away. As I asked to speak the manage another smart butt he laughs when I tell him what he did and and says "I apologize ma'am" not a professional company at all and would recommend going else where so beware of that crap attitude if you go in there. read more

DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR STUFF HERE FOR SERVICE!!! This place is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From breaking parts on a jetski to over charging for literally doing nothing on a 4wheeler. The lady who is in the service department is also very rude and in polite as she has a nasty attitude whenever we walk through those doors. They have had my 4wheeler for 2 weeks so I called to see if it was ready to be picked up yet just to find out that it was going to be another 3-4 weeks until they can even look at it. I told them I was just going to come pick it up instead. I get there today to pick it up and they tell me that it's going to be $300 because they replaced the battery and ran diagnostics (which they most likely did when they found out I was coming to get it so they could charge me for it) I told them they can keep their battery I'm not paying for that, they then try to convince me they don't have a single screw driver in the whole shop so I'm going to have to leave the battery in there and pay for it. Then the mechanic just magically finds one and try's to hurry and take the battery so I would have to push it up on to the trailer my self, the one decent thing they did was let me put it on the trailer then get the battery. Once I got everything squared away I came outside to the mechanic trying to take my light bar off the 4wheeler because he says "we put that on there to see at night" which was complete bs because I have before and after pictures which then made me notice that they had put a plug in one of the tires, which means they ran over something to flatten the tire at they're shop, i pointed it out and they immediately say it was like that before they got it and I showed them the pictures I had from 2 weeks ago in they're parking lot of every angle of the 4wheeler and every tire.
