    Top of driver side, rear window trim is shiny and warping at the top of the black vertical pillar panel.

    Misleading marketing on vehicles and bait and switch tactics are used to keep Subaru from recalling bad products. Multiple vehicles on their lot, both used and new, show signs of delaminating, bubbling or peeling black trim. After returning one new 2025 Subaru Ascent due to warping trim panels at 2500 miles, we traded it in with the understanding that the new vehicle would not have the same problem. Less than 300 miles on 2025 Subaru Ascent, and the problem is happening. The vehicle cannot withstand being parked direct sunlight or drastic changes in ambient temperature. The dealership, service department and managers are well aware of the issue. They are selling cars knowing full well they cannot hold up against environmental exposure. Potential customers are being misled by this dealer. Existing customers are held at fault and dishonestly dismissed as anomolies. These cars aren't built for South Carolina climate variables or Subaru has a defect in their design. Fairway Subaru is complicit and unhelpful in pursuing warranty claims.

    When we visited this dealership, I was delighted to see that the salesman who came out was an old friend from high school. Unfortunately, he no longer works there. Our experience has gone downhill somewhat. We purchased an Outback, and the extended warranty with maintenance coverage, but none of the major maintenance came due while we had the warranty, so that was a rip-off. I called yesterday, and left a message to ask for service, but did not receive a call back today. I called 10 times, and was disconnected (a hang up?) every time. I was never put through to Service. Meantime, my seat air conditioner sounds like a jet during take-off, and we need regular maintenance. Sigh.

    Bought a car today. My first ever Subaru vehicle and I'm so pleased!!! I usually don't get cars from a dealership, but last minute I decided to take a chance on this one. I'm very glad I did. Jacob Candiotti was a true professional, and provided great customer service. He definitely shoned in his role as customer loyalty manager, and has made a loyal customer out of me. He was down to earth, knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. He was honest and patient, and took his time to walk me through the process, making sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the purchase​. The other staff at the dealership were all personable and helpful. Jacob Webb in the finance dept also deserves a special shout out for his great customer service as well. Keep up the excellent work Fairway Subaru! We appreciate and highly recommend you to others!!!

    A few nice upgrades in this 2024 model!

    I just upgraded my Subaru Outback today and appreciate yad the time and effort Anton Dutton and Jacob Cambiate put into making some challenging paperwork easy for me. (As did the agent from my original sale.) Jacob let me to know that I would be able to upgrade my ride at about the same price, which I was unaware of, and he had all the paperwork ready with several lease terms to pick from, answered all my questions and took on extra work like finding me better insurance, and making extra copies of my important personal documents for me. I was also greatful that he did his best to accommodate my mobility issues. Jacob did just about everything I needed, except bringing me breakfast! Lol. I have been very impressed with the dealership over the last several years as well. They provided all the services they said they would, and were always polite and helpful, including things like sending me home in a Lyft when I had to drop my car off. I would definitely recommend Fairway Subaru.

    I was away from my state when my Subaru began to smoke and temperature overheated. I was alone and so afraid to push the vehicle to its limits and not be able to return home. Fairway Subaru took my vehicle in as an emergency repair and one day later, I had my vehicle repaired. My daughter dropped me off to pick my car and as soon as we drove off, (you cannot make this up) her Subaru started overheating and smoking. We turned around to drop off her vehicle as an emergency repair and they did an awesome job. Thank you for helping two damsels in distress.

    Every part I have ever bought from O'Reilly's, especially major stuff that starts off as minor like…read moreI just bought a transmission filter kit. It is the proper one but a improperly manufactured part. It was a 406 Dodge ram 1500 Wheel Wheel Dr. hemi, automatic transmission filter, kit, two filters one was improperly designed at the neck of the sump filter which blew it out and then the other the adapter that screwed into the other oil filter in that pan blew off the first time. I started the vehicle after changing everything and I've been doing mechanic work for 15 years plus never seen this happen and it shot the transmission cost me over $1200 and two weeks worth of time for me to find the transmission and then replace it do not buy anything from them. I've also had a few years ago at 1968. El Camino super sport bought a lower ball joint kit pushed it and pressed it in everything was perfect. The nut stripped the threads off and the bulging joint failed causing it to damage the car. Luckily the car wouldn't move in at more than 25 mile an hour when this happens so what real bad but the person was about to get on the interstate within a half mile when this happened which would've killed a lot of people hurt somebody really badly don't buy stuff from them they're garbage
