He got upset and raised his voice at me because I would not give him details about my personal business as I went to pick up my keys after my car was paid off! He yelled and tried not to give me the keys and also refused to give me my paperwork. He obviously has a problem with women speaking up for themselves or maybe just people of color. He definitely should not be a business owner with that attitude. He also had customers in the store that he did this in front of. They left out after his privilege started leaking!
