Very good. I chose the 1 hour deluxe which was good. My only compliant is that 15 min of the time on most massages is foot soak. Maybe some false advertising going on here. See attached photo it says one hour massage which is 15 min foot soak and 45 min massage. If you really want an hour you have to upgrade. Horrible. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I will never be going back. I have gone here twice and both experiences have been HORRIBLE. The massage therapist I had this last time had just smoked a cigarette and didn't wash their hands and started massaging my face. NO SIR!!! I have never felt so gross in my life, I wanted to throw up. How unprofessional to smoke a cigarette and just think it is okay to start massaging someone's face. Then to top it off he got on his phone and started talking. I have never wanted to walk out from a massage in all of my life, but unfortunately I couldn't leave because a family member was there with me enjoying their massage. I will never go back. Called and made the appointment the day before for 2, and surprisingly we were able to be fit right in! We got there 15 minutes early, once there a guy greeted us and answered whatever questions we had about each package! You can either have a massage fully clothed in a room out in the open of about 10 massage beds or you can go to a private room, we opted for a private room! They put my friend and i in the same room, no big deal! I had a female who was pretty good, but my friends therapist was the guy who greeted us! She said there was really no pressure at all! But the most disturbing thing was that he kept stopping to go and handle whatever else was going on in the place! After what we thought was the end they both exited the room without saying a word! We began to get dressed thinking the massage was over, then they came back in explaining they weren't done and had to wipe our legs off! Lol! Very weird experience! The place is very clean and atmosphere is quite relaxing. I'll say this, you pay for what you get. For 25-50 bucks you can get a massage consisting of multiple packages that fit your needs. Yes I do enjoy a high end massage every once in awhile but I also know it can be quite expensive. The masseuse there have a unique style compared to most but it's a good massage at the end. So I'm in town for work and had no clue where to go for a great foot Massage. I opted Rooty Footy because it was close to me and the were little to no other reviews of other places to go. I'll start with the door upon entering this business. It stated they don't do "happy endings." Me being me, I had no clue what that was, until I Googled it, don't worry they don't do them. The different types of massages are fully described of what they offer and how much time. I got the Combo. The atmosphere is very calm and quiet and it sets the ambiance for your service. While you're not in a private room for your massage, it does feel like it. I enjoyed my massage, but it did not fully and truly embrace the full reflexology experience, which involves hitting the right spots on the foot. However, For the value and service, it was worth it, if that makes any sense. My goal was to relax and I did. But if you want true reflexology go somewhere else. read more
